The hygiene is average, but the food is very good. The hotel service staff are very nice and friendly. Full marks. I have stayed in two hotels, which are Ctrip's top 1 and 2. This one is 2, which is really great. Don't go 1

This is my first time at the Iberostar Hotel in Agadir and I’ve had an amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. The staff are fantastic and make you feel comfortable and right at home, especially one of the beautiful entertainers called Houda. She was really lovely and very helpful and helped us to feel right at home and learn more about the everything do with the hotel and places to visit in Morocco. Thanks Houda!! ❤️

Hotel - very clean and staff are friendly. Rooms - big and clean, shower is lovely, and there's shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Restaurant - we felt there weren't enough staff, while some worked hard, others were busy talking to the larger groups and bringing them drinks and therefore not clearing tables etc. Food - good selection, cooked well and tasty. Entertainment - this finished at around 11 pm every evening. You can watch the entertainment or sit in the lobby areas or outside, and enjoy a drink, there's something for everyone. Beach - there's an area roped off for guests. There are beach sellers, but you can simply say "no thank you." We weren't unduly bothered by them . The hotel is located in a good area, with the promenade being a lovely morning walk. The hotel has security and we felt very safe. No one can help the weather,but there is a sea mist that rolls in, and therefore no sun, but it's still warm and pleasant. Unfortunately, what lets the hotel down are other guests reserving the sunbeds ridiculously early in the morning and not then using them! We spent a lot of our days on the beach. Overall a good time, but we won't be coming back to this hotel.
