"Stamos hotel, so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.. Low budget hotel but very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is better than most low budget hotels plenty of choice, yoghurts fruit, continental cheeses, bakery etc. Spotless cleaning around the pool and the rooms with three bedding changes in one week. The staff go above and beyond for you . Will definitely re visit. Local buses easy to navigate to Kalithea and neo Fokea . Beach a little pebbly , would recommend sea shoes. 10 min walk downhill to beach fairly easy walk. Taxi back if you wish for 6 euro."

"10/10!An Absolutely Exceptional Stay! We had a truly perfect stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and deserving of a 10/10. We were also incredibly lucky to be upgraded for the final two nights of our stay, which was such a wonderful surprise and made our experience even more special. We were extremely grateful for this thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself feels like a beautiful oasis, with tranquil ponds filled with colourful koi fish and a stunning family of peacocks wandering around the gorgeous garden grounds. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and create such a peaceful and magical atmosphere. A very special thank you to the hotel manager, Lilia, and Christina, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality really stood out. That said, all of the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone made us feel valued and genuinely well looked after throughout our stay. From the exceptional food and outstanding hospitality to the beautiful gardens, koi ponds, magnificent peacocks, and the unexpected upgrade, this hotel truly is something special. A well-deserved 10/10, we would happily return and highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay."

"Located right next to the beautiful tranquil village of afytos, with its cobble stone paths and yellow stone buildings, filled with an abundant amount of old school Greek tavernas mixed with an array of modern take cuisine. The stratos is a well run family small hotel. The rooms are very clean and maintained meticulously on a daily basis. The staff are super friendly but by no means pushy. The pool although not the largest, was well kept and ample enough. Going down to breakfast each morning was a joy. From cooked food to homemade made cakes and a wide arrayhomemademade preserves. Definitely two thumbs up, all round."

"great stay in Lagaria Hotel, very clean and modern hotel. staff are so friendly and special thanks to Katia who was amazing, had some great restaurants recommendations and booked them. would defo recommend drive down to the beach bar Pounta - good music, great spot, food cracking and right on the beach, minimum consumption to also get a sunbed, umbrella nearest good bar/ restaurant is Soboro (mamos our favourite lager) - really friendly staff, good beer selection in town following restaurants are fab; Strouboulis Taverna to Steki To Kyma (down the bottom near beach) Pera Bogiata (very central) Notos (only had drink there)"

"This is a great place o stay in a location that makes exploring easy. The apartments are only a short walk from the town where you will find plenty of good eateries, shops and bars. The apartments provided breakfast and whilst it was the same most days there was plenty of choices. A couple of small things that could be addressed: Storage space in the apartment. The lack of room and sun beds when busy. All in all a great experience."
