The facilities are good. The hotel is very close to the town and there is a Chinese restaurant.

Siamo arrivati in struttura e non era presente nessuno nel banco della hall, solo tramite un cameriere che gestiva le colazioni siamo riusciti a capire che la reception apriva dopo le 13:30. Quindi non abbiamo avuto neanche la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio in albergo (e dato che la mattina non c’è nessuno non è possibile depositarlo dopo il Check out). Tornati alle 15 abbiamo effettuato il check in con una ragazza, probabilmente inesperta, che gestiva la situazione in videochiamata con un altro operatore dell’hotel. Un nostro errore è stato quello di non aver letto che le stanze hanno tutte la moquette, ma comunque entrati in stanza il bagno era sporco, con la doccia piena di peli e capelli ed inoltre non presentava la richiesta che avevamo fatto di stanza con letto matrimoniale. Fortunatamente ci hanno concesso una nuova stanza pulita e conforme alla richiesta. Riteniamo che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia molto basso, considerando anche la discreta proposta della colazione inclusa.

The low prices are explained by restrained staff spending. However, I wasn't prepared for the details of the telephone check-in (24-hour phone in the lobby and key box) outside of reception hours; it would have been more convenient to know about it in advance. I had booked a "Design Room Comfort" with a "View of the Swiss Alps / Alps View," but I was given a room on the train station/north side, i.e., facing the Alps. I don't believe this booking request was surpassed by a Radisson reward such as an upgrade; a proper email asking about this unfortunately never received a response. Given the surrounding new buildings, I'm not sure this promise can even be kept. The room was functionally furnished and clean. The breakfast room is attractive, and the selection is adequate. The location right next to the S-Bahn station proved to be very convenient for me (on my way from Zurich to Lucerne).
