#衞生衞生情況堪憂，上一個住客用過的一次性浴巾還在廁所掛着，不知道房間到底有沒有打掃。#服務服務態度很差，國慶來的，入住時候一團糟，一堆人追着老闆問定了房間住哪。#房間設施打電話問過説供暖了，實際衹有一個電暖器，房間裏沒有洗髮液沐浴露，沒有毛巾，沒有電熱水壺，想喝開水得去院裏拿暖壺自己打。浴室地漏堵塞嚴重洗完澡過半天水才能漏乾淨。房間是一排新建的房子，屋子裡有裝修的味道。#性價比四百多訂的性價比不高。

房間乾淨整潔超驚喜！床品柔軟親膚，躺下秒入睡，完全沒有異味，衞生間乾濕分離設計貼心，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香。前台服務熱情，還主動幫忙升級了房型，下次來一定還選這家！

此店的位置很好，離旅遊大吧很近，房間是木板裝飾。因是飯店住宿在一起，缺乏對住宿管理，所以缺少東西就得靠自己去要。

給一分是因為沒有零分，這是這次旅行最大的一個坑！希望看到我評論的旅友可以避坑。
設施：沒有設施可言！除了一個熱水器沒有任何取暖設施！到了的時候有個暖氣，結果是涼的。問燒爐子的老頭，説晚上生爐子，不冷，而且會燒一宿。我們特別相信。晚上回來的時候確實暖氣片是温的。注意是温的。如果一晚上都是這個温度還好，結果晚上12點暖氣就是冰涼冰涼的了！如果沒有電褥子，都得凍死！説到電褥子，大家可以看看他家的電褥子有多大！比我家孩子嬰兒時期的隔尿墊大不了多少！
服務：説到服務，我們定放的時候所有的照片，定位都是誠華山莊，但到了把我們安排到二部！二部特別的偏！我感覺都要出天池村了！大家一定要注意！而且全程就一個燒鍋爐的老頭，完全找不到服務人員！更別提有任何客房服務了！
衞生：衹能説床上還算乾淨，別的就別提了！馬桶沒有蓋子，拖鞋上算是白色的不知名粉狀物！
環境：冷冷冷！早上起來差點凍硬了！

酒店位於阿爾山天池服務區，距天池景點約兩公里，離不凍河一哈拉哈河僅數百米，到天池景區交通車換乘站步行約10分鐘。網上購買阿爾山景區套票的需注意提前到金門溝遊客服務中心或東門入口處兑換紙質票，阿爾山景區憑紙質票通行，而天池、興安兩個換乘中心不提供網票兑換，否則要多跑十幾公里去兑票。誠華山莊停車較方便，一般不會有問題。早餐為每人一個雞蛋、兩個刀切饅頭、一盆稀飯加兩樣鹹菜。

建議不要住她家，到店之後會有人給你帶到別的住宿點，除了一個燒鍋爐大爺，沒有其他服務人員，開車估計3-5分鐘，屋裡靠窗户下面都是蒼蠅屍體，房間密封性不好，漏風，暖氣是她家自己燒的，後半夜應該是不給燒了，早上起來就不熱了，wifi連不上，電視看不了，廁所漏水，想喝熱水得出屋走一段，到一個小黑屋接水，想解決無線網絡問題，第一次打電話給飯店聯繫人大姐，説一會解決，半個小時之後也沒解決，再打電話，飯店大姐就態度極其惡劣的説，不要給她打電話了，她現在很忙，她也解決不了😓，衹能睡覺了，半夜一個打雷，把我們都給驚醒了，然後開始下雨，停電停水。非常艱苦的一個住宿條件，最主要的是服務態度比條件還惡劣！！！
