在阿爾山景區裏面，這樣的房間就還可以。房間門不好鎖，要叫服務員給弄。後半夜趕上了停電，冷了幾個小時。

建議不要住她家，到店之後會有人給你帶到別的住宿點，除了一個燒鍋爐大爺，沒有其他服務人員，開車估計3-5分鐘，屋裡靠窗户下面都是蒼蠅屍體，房間密封性不好，漏風，暖氣是她家自己燒的，後半夜應該是不給燒了，早上起來就不熱了，wifi連不上，電視看不了，廁所漏水，想喝熱水得出屋走一段，到一個小黑屋接水，想解決無線網絡問題，第一次打電話給飯店聯繫人大姐，説一會解決，半個小時之後也沒解決，再打電話，飯店大姐就態度極其惡劣的説，不要給她打電話了，她現在很忙，她也解決不了😓，衹能睡覺了，半夜一個打雷，把我們都給驚醒了，然後開始下雨，停電停水。非常艱苦的一個住宿條件，最主要的是服務態度比條件還惡劣！！！

房子在一個小院裏，木楞房，乾淨，有電熱毯，但電熱毯太小了，睡到後半夜略冷，位置安靜，比較適合休息，衞生間有熱水。

給一分是因為沒有零分，這是這次旅行最大的一個坑！希望看到我評論的旅友可以避坑。
設施：沒有設施可言！除了一個熱水器沒有任何取暖設施！到了的時候有個暖氣，結果是涼的。問燒爐子的老頭，説晚上生爐子，不冷，而且會燒一宿。我們特別相信。晚上回來的時候確實暖氣片是温的。注意是温的。如果一晚上都是這個温度還好，結果晚上12點暖氣就是冰涼冰涼的了！如果沒有電褥子，都得凍死！説到電褥子，大家可以看看他家的電褥子有多大！比我家孩子嬰兒時期的隔尿墊大不了多少！
服務：説到服務，我們定放的時候所有的照片，定位都是誠華山莊，但到了把我們安排到二部！二部特別的偏！我感覺都要出天池村了！大家一定要注意！而且全程就一個燒鍋爐的老頭，完全找不到服務人員！更別提有任何客房服務了！
衞生：衹能説床上還算乾淨，別的就別提了！馬桶沒有蓋子，拖鞋上算是白色的不知名粉狀物！
環境：冷冷冷！早上起來差點凍硬了！

住在景區不能有太高的期待，價高條件差要做好心理準備，能洗澡能睡覺就滿足了，咱就圖個方便，離乘車點還是比較近，停車也方便。但給了間熱水器壞了的房間給長者住，換誰心理都有些不愉快吧，找前台先説沒房，最後非常不情願的換了一間，請大家進屋一定先檢查熱水器。另外住宿交100元按金，還要在早上8：00前退房和預訂都極其不符，平台上顯示有的水和衞生用品都沒有，需要大家提前做好準備自備哦。

非常差，房間漏雨地面返潮有水珠，房子是彩鋼板房，房大但連放東西的枱子也很小，三口人沒地方擺洗漱用品。床最差，象睡搓衣板，能摸出來彈簧的形狀，洗澡水非常小，還不如水龍頭。餐廳菜貴，出門右轉再右轉去的後排的一家鐵鍋燉，才回魂。阿爾山旅遊服務真的是很差

酒店位於阿爾山天池服務區，距天池景點約兩公里，離不凍河一哈拉哈河僅數百米，到天池景區交通車換乘站步行約10分鐘。網上購買阿爾山景區套票的需注意提前到金門溝遊客服務中心或東門入口處兑換紙質票，阿爾山景區憑紙質票通行，而天池、興安兩個換乘中心不提供網票兑換，否則要多跑十幾公里去兑票。誠華山莊停車較方便，一般不會有問題。早餐為每人一個雞蛋、兩個刀切饅頭、一盆稀飯加兩樣鹹菜。
