推薦推薦，第二次住他家了，屋裡很乾凈還能洗熱水澡空間也很大，老闆人也很好，從他家去中轉站都免費車接車送，太熱情了，還能在他家吃飯，飯菜也是相當美味了，最最最主要的是他家離不凍河也是相當近了走兩步就能看不凍河日出日落，第二次來他家小院鋪了柏油路這小院整的，下午跑累了回來在院子裏嘮嗑看風景感覺太舒服了，大學生真心推薦

老闆熱心，服務很好，會幫忙接送和送東西；暖氣很暖，睡着睡着都覺得太熱；衞生放在阿爾山這邊也ok，平台上的價格相比其他酒店還是挺實惠的。

一次很糟糕的旅行體驗。入住的時候平台顯示訂單已確認，但是店裡並沒有我們的訂房記錄，好在還有空房。晚上在老闆家吃完飯，三小時後一個女生出現上吐下瀉到虛脱，起初衹以為是一人有問題沒有往晚飯上聯想，聯繫老闆幫忙聯繫司機送到醫院，司機要價300，我們為了儘快到達醫院就同意了，老闆就叫他兒子送我們去。後來在去醫院的路上，才得知同行的四人有三人也相繼出現嘔吐腹瀉的症狀，我們才知道是這家的晚飯有問題。而且在去醫院的路上，司機由於技術不熟練，還出了車禍導致車輛無法繼續行駛，又叫了他家的另一輛車來送我們，此時虛脱的女生一直處於低燒脱力階段。第二天早上五點多，老闆就開始給我們打電話催着我們要車費，我聯繫了還在民宿的同伴去取我們遺留在酒店的行李，才知道老闆並且扣留我們的行李。我們先後聯繫了消費者協會和文旅局協商，老闆才把行李還給我的同伴。後續老闆不停打電話來催我們交車費，我們提出是晚飯導致我們出現急性腸胃炎，應當由該店送我們去醫院並付款醫葯費，老闆還死不承認，非説是我們中午吃的飯有問題（中午在一家人超級多的店吃的飯，如果食物變質不可能衹有我們幾個出問題），苦於沒有留存當時的食物樣本，我們衹能吃下這個虧。

老闆非常熱情，服務周到，房間也非常乾淨，詳細解答各種旅遊路線，院子裏新鋪板油路，非常敞亮，夜晚觀看星空的最佳場所，最重要車停在院內步行5到7分鐘就能到達不凍河河邊，車也可以開到，晚上看落日也是最佳場所，夕陽西下，旅店西邊牛馬也成羣地往回走

凍的瑟瑟發抖！暖氣房進屋之後根本沒給燒暖氣！反覆要求之後燒了一會，半夜又停供了，直接凍醒，沒有熱水沒有風筒，還限電，熱水器不插電，毛巾像擦腳布一樣，牙杯有漬，廁所超級冷，沒有浴霸無法洗澡，房間很昏暗就一個小燈，哦對了偶爾還停水，避雷避雷別住了，看看別人家吧，離不凍河也不近！
