酒店在主街邊上，離火車站不遠。停車方便，有地下停車場。房間面積適中，雖有些老舊，但整潔衞生。服務態度好，工作主動。早餐時間短了一些，衹有一個小時。

此酒店是曾經住過的性價比最高的酒店之一，完全超出預期。酒店名＂阿爾山市賓館＂（又名錦江酒店），由錦江飯店集團運營管理。建築高大寬敞，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，傢俱精美，而且非常乾淨，特別是一些細節非常用心曖人，就房間沒施而言，不亞於五星級酒店。服務非常好，主動熱心周到，樓層的服務員每次進出都能遇到，隨時提供服務，這點5星級酒店也做不到。……總之非常滿意，下次去阿爾山一定再住。

非常棒！很安靜，房間空間也夠，有額外的暖氣片和加濕器，有什麼需求聯繫前台能很快響應。建築也漂亮。聽本地司機師傅説旺季很難訂到房，趕上淡季來體驗了一把，超值了。

房間挺大但是特貴，設施陳舊大床房電源開關在床頭中間即不方便也不安全，浴池很高老年人上下不方便。燒水壺很不好用!容易燙手。最差的是早餐品種非常非常少可以説是少的可憐！800多房價早餐不如連鎖店。正常就餐時間不到點就沒菜飯了。（補充不及時）前台工作人員服務熱情值得表揚。阿爾山很美該賓館真的不該用阿爾山冠名
