I don’t usually write reviews, but as a mom traveling with kids, I feel like I have to speak up and warn other families. This hotel was *not* what we expected — and definitely not family-friendly. The room was dirty from the start. The carpets were stained, the bathroom smelled bad, and there was dust and grime in every corner. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kids walk around barefoot, and I brought out the sanitizing wipes within the first five minutes. The bathroom was especially disappointing — mold in the shower, hair in the tub, and cracked tiles. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Not exactly what you want after a long day of travel with tired kids. To make matters worse, the staff was cold and unhelpful. No warm welcome, no assistance when we asked simple questions — just rude, rushed responses. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered. The whole place felt run down, neglected, and not worth the money at all. We ended up cutting our stay short and finding another place nearby. If you’re a parent looking for a clean, safe place for your family — look elsewhere. This is not it!

Check in was good and staff was pleasant. However, we we went to the room to use the card and it would not open the door. We went back to the front desk and they reprogrammed the card. We walked all the way back to the room and the card would still not work! We went back to the front desk and then the staff came down with a cleaner card and after some shimming of the card in the lock, it finally opened. Wee had trouble with it the whole stay, but managed to get the door open each time. The WiFi would not reach our room and had no signal. They need routers through the building! There was a safe in the room that was left open when we arrived in the room. We ended up locking it due to the risk of hitting of head if we got up in the middle of the night. There was hair in the sink and on the side of the Hot Tub. Also, the outside doors were not locked as of 8pm, even though a sign on the door said it was locked 24/7. Safety is not their priority!

House keeping was horrible! Didn’t come change the linens unless I asked, toilet had a black ring around it showed it to HK and didn’t bother to clean it, pillows are so old and trash was like sleeping without pillows! House keeping staff ( Lyndsey and Heather) are lazy always walking around on the phone or just standing around talking. Staff didn’t bother to acknowledge your presence! Would get out of the room say good morning and it was like I was talking to the wall! Very disappointing!!

Was pretty busy so not really their fault but the towels were always running out and there was one lady in the lobby that worked there that was kind of rude at one point but overall it was a very nice day

The room had a damp mildew smell. Our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The lamp was broken. It hust felt very dated.

Breakfast was just ok. No meat and we were there for 3 days. Towels were at a minimum. They weren’t ready for a big group. Baseball tournament

Once again our key cards didn't work in the outside door and also out room lock. Keys were remade and still didn't work. A staff member had to meet me at the outside door and he had issues with it also.
We go here twice a month and we have had this issue almost every time we get a room here
