Отель уставший, номер не плохой, завтрак хороший по ассортименту и наполнению. Есть минусы - ваш номер могут забыть убрать, даже после напоминания через ресепшн, могут забыть доложить шампуни и гели. В номере если проверить чистоту, в неудобных труднодоступных местах грязновато. По завтраку в ресторане - официанты не торопятся убирать грязную посуду, если вы просите помощь в поиске свободного стола во время насыщенного потока людей, это точно не в данном отеле. Самое то это когда есть косяки увидеть улыбающегося иностранного менеджера (наверное управляющий из недружественной страны) который не замечая окружающего Хаоса летит через ресторан и желает хорошего дня официантам. На Территории идёт усиленный ремонт, поэтому шумно.

Прекрасный отель! Были вдвоём 4 дня в феврале 2025. Сотрудники очень внимательно относятся к просьбам, пожеланиям, быстро включаются в решение любых вопросов. Расположение отличное рядом с морем, можно гулять вдоль берега. Удобные кровати/матрасы. Был день рождения и на завтраке подошли сотрудники, сделали сюрприз с поздравлениями, теплыми пожеланиями, было очень неожиданно и приятно. Хорошая зона СПА, тренажерный зал и бассейны, один из них располагается на улице. Несмотря на зимний месяц, там можно плавать, температура комфортная. Отдыхом остались довольны, в целом приятные впечатления, обязательно вернёмся.

Всё замечательно, абсолютно всё! Чистый красивый номер, шикарные вкусные завтраки, тёплый открытый бассейн посреди зимы, это просто рай! Искренне доброжелательный персонал, что очень важно для комфортного пребывания. Надеюсь, вернусь сюда ещё не раз))

Отель выше всяких похвал, как обычно. По карте лояльности повышают категорию номера на сколько это возможно, добавляют бесплатные завтраки и бизнес-ланчи. Отличный теннисный корт и спа. Возникающие вопросы стараются решать оперативно. По услугам тайского массажа возникали вопросы, но так же вопрос решили в мою пользу, хоть и с небольшой задержкой.
