Расположен в 15-20 минутах до моря пешком по прямой, рядом пятерочка и пекарня, одна столовая на соседней улице, которая работает с 9 до 18 (так туда и не попали, время работы не удобное). Район такой, что совершенно не комфортно отдыхать (это не вина отеля). Район Сириус как будто проектировала нейросеть: все пешие маршруты либо днем под палящим солнцем без малого тенька, либо в кромешной тьме ночью без освещения; рядом с жилыми домами (надеюсь пока что) нет ни одной столовой, ни одной кофейни, все заведения на берегу, но это далеко и крайне дорого. Повторюсь, это не вина отеля, но это достаточно важно для гостей. Номер на одного достаточно приличный: ванна новая, без плесени, раковина разве что очень маленькая, кондиционер работает, есть холодильник, пластиковое окно с москитной сеткой, две кровати немного скрипят (матрас и подушки естественно самые тонкие и дешевые, но переночевать нормально), общая кухня с посудой и всем необходимым, гладильная доска с утюгом общая, удобно. Номер нормальный, но слишком дорог для 7500 за сутки без скидок и бонусов, но альтернативы не было. Если бы не работа, я бы в здравом уме сюда не вернулась.
