Any positive reviews about this place have to be fake. I have Marriott Titanium status and stayed 90 nights in Marriotts last year. I can say hands down this is worst hotel of any kind I have ever stayed at. Rooms are filthy and in disrepair. With the exception of Tammie who was amazing nobody cares about anything. They don’t have a GM currently so it’s like lord of the flys over there. Quite literally because the garbage piling up in the lobby and hallways is attracting flies. There’s a guy that works there named Tory…he likes to yell at and attempt to intimidate women. He’ll tell you to “Just Leave” if you have a concern with the hotel. Place is a class act organization.

Overall customer service service in hotel is very poor with the exemption of jay jay,who is great and very approachable,.on the other side ,the cook and attendant at breakfast buffet on Sunday may 18 was very rude and dismissive and at 9:45 decided not to bring anymore food with the restaurant full of customers , and stated that breakfast was closing in 15 minutes

Staff is great, room change
Air conditioner didn’t work in our first room. It was miserable at night. The staff was able to reassign us a room and it was much better. Staff was great and very friendly
