"The most annoying thing happened during our 3 days’ stay. the room cards they gave us wouldn’t work and we had to run to the lobby at least 5 times. it seems the system is outdated. When I asked them why cant they make it work once and for all, a receptionist told me it happens when we carry the card along with other cars such as bank visa etc which did not make sense at all considering we ve been travelling a lot and using the same room access card without any trouble at all. Plus, the AC system is very old that makes a lot of noise. I would say the stay was not pleasant and was not justified for the money we paid. I hope they take this comments objectively and make improvements."

"I had a very good stay at this hotel. Most of the aspects were very good - quite spacious room, comfy bed with choice of pillows, nice choice of amenities in the bathroom. Breakfest was also very good, with choice of cold foods and eggs prepared per your wish. The only minus - the entire hotel, like interior, furniture, etc, looks somewhat dated and worn out. All in all - very good experience. "

"I constantly stay in hotels for long periods of time for business reasons. The room price of this hotel in Adana is much higher than the average, the quality and service is comparable to other brand competitors offering the same price (Divan-Ramada (this place is much cheaper by the way), Double Tree, Hilton etc.). The cleanliness cannot be compared to any other hotel. Even though we had a long-term reservation, I canceled my reservation and moved to another hotel. The hotel rooms on the 4th floor have a view of the hotel's ventilation. There are lime stains in the hotel bathrooms. If you want to ablution in the sink, the sink moves. It stays pressed, etc. Yes, such issues occur in other hotels as well and they can change if you ask. It was like this at Anemon Hotel too, but if you check the hotel's competitors for this amount, you can stay in rooms that provide much better quality service."
