Nice room with some cool design features in roof / lighting. A large and inviting pool, with a water feature inspired by Isola dei Ciclopi, in-pool massage jets, a shallow section for the toddlers and a good depth in the rest. A relaxing pool area with a bar where the ever smiling Giovanni (Johnny) and his other, friendly colleagues serve drinks, snacks and meals. Usually possible to get a sun chair so no one runs around with towels at 7 in the morning. The ever pristine Signor il Direttore keeps a watchful look at the premises, always with a smile and a chat for both guests and staffs (described by our 7yo as the friendliest boss he has ever met (although, admittedly, he hasn't met THAT many)). The staff is helpful and service minded. When a friend fell ill, the night staff decided it would take unnecessarily long to get a taxi and simply drove them to the hospital. Breakfast is varied and should cater to most people. A bit confusing upon arrival in the dark, as Google maps claims Ciclope Resort is on the other side of the street. The resort is part of Hotel Malavoglia, and that name was easy to see. Good size parking spaces in the basement, but a bit narrow getting in and out, as usual in Italy. Highly recommended.

Unfriendly staff. The men who worked the front desk were indifferent and not very welcomfurniture and warped mattress of the sofa was very uncomfortable. It appears that that the hotel is undergoing some renovation because some areas were roped off and oddly connected. The area and close proximity to the water and variety of eateries were the best thing about this hotel. In summary, it’s a glamorized Motel 6 with not so friendly staff.

All the reviews I read were accurate. Modern hotel with modern facilities. Room was spacious and lovely! Pool area including bar was great! A short stroll into town with a range of restaurant options.

Fantastic facility. Spacious, bright, and brand new rooms. Gorgeous pool. Cleanliness and kindness are the strengths of this structure. Excellent location both for visiting Acitrezza and as a base for visiting all of Sicily.

Das vierte Jahr nacheinander wo wir diese Strucktur buchen. Ist für uns einfach passend. Die Zimmer haben genug Platz für 4 Personen, mit Küche. Strucktur mit Pool. Das Resort ist sehr gut gelegen alles in Acitrezza zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption fanden wir super Personal und am Pool haben die Kinder mit Mario Grasso Freundschaft geschlossen. Er war sehr freundlich und uns das Gefühl gegeben zuhause zu sein.

Struttura all'altezza delle ottime recensioni per cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale, con punte di eccellenza alla reception, in sala colazione e al bar nell'area di bordo piscina. La struttura è nuova, ben manotenuta con un' attenzione maniacale alla pulizia delle camere, degli spazi comuni e persino dei due garage (( uno più piccolo e uno molto grande su due livelli con doppio ingresso, entrambi utilissimi e funzionali a soli 7 € a notte). Piscina di dimensioni adeguate con lettino e ombrelloni nuovi e teli mare a disposizione senza extraprezzo. La posizione è strategica, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal litorale di Acitrezza dove potrete cenare all'aperto con vista sui faraglioni. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante in tutti gli spazi interni , sala colazione con buona scelta di dolce e salato, accesso dai garage alla reception della struttura agevolato da maxi ascensore di nuova tecnologia. Assolutamente consigliato per la vacanza con la famiglia o per viaggio di lavoro con la possibilità di relax nel tardo pomeriggio.
