Great location, very big and beautiful balcony terrace. Room has new amenities. It is nearby the water. Everything was super cosy and peaceful and sparkling clean. The kitchen is friendly and the host was very helpful and cooperative.

TERRIBLE!!! Room smelled like a cesspool!!! Owner not courteous nor welcoming. Told us check out was at 9:30 in order to facilitate the cleaning of the room for the next guests, although their policy is check out at 10:00. Also told us our room was sea view, but the only sea we saw was a sliver of blue between decrepit buildings. Could not sleep with the terrace door open due to the noisy road below… could not sleep with the terrace door closed due to the foul stench coming from the bathroom… Find another B&B!!!

Updated rooms noisy street.
Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to turn up and let us in. Someone had cooked in the common areas so placed smelled a bit and same person had an argument on his phone later (shouting). Noisy busy street, street parking difficult at time of arrival, AC did not work and slow wifi. Cheap price and rooms have been updated.

Lovely
The B&B is in a lovely area. About five minutes walk to lots of great restaurants. Parking is on the street. It’s a busy street but we didn’t have any issues finding a spot out the front. And we didn’t have issues with noise from the street in the evening, even though our apartment was on the street side. There is a communal kitchen/dining area with a balcony that serves three apartments. Breakfast is self serve as you please with lots of fresh options.

Lätt att få kontakt till värdens telefon.
Ljust och stort rum med fint badrum. Frukostrummet hade balkong. Lätt att ordna frukost själv. Saknade glutenfritt flingor och matbröd, men det köpte jag själv.
Kan komma tillbaka och rekommenderar gärna B&B.

Buona posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi da porto e ristoranti del lungomare. La struttura è moderna e confortevole. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era nuova, pulita e ben arredata. La notte abbiamo riposato molto bene, sia per il clima gradevole grazie al condizionatore ben posizionato sia per il materasso decisamente comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il bagno, molto pratico e funzionale. Da segnalare anche la pulizia quotidiana delle stanze. Consigliatissimo!
