The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was tasty.
The hotel is near the tram station that makes it easy to reach from the Park and Ride parkings (cheap way to park near Amsterdam).
The only downside was the bed which is not a double bed but two single bed pushed together.

Likes:
• The location is perfect—just a 4-minute walk to Achères-Ville RER station.
• Parking was very convenient and reasonably priced, with plenty of spaces in two locations, including one right in front of the hotel entrance.
• The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping changed the sheets and towels every day.
• The cold water dispenser on my floor was a great bonus during the hot June days.
• The room had a powerful air conditioner.
Dislikes:
• There was no fridge in the room.
• The breakfast included spoiled and not-so-fresh vegetables and the bakery weren’t fresh except for the croissants which was really perfect.
• There were only 4 pieces of cheese and 3 pieces of ham available for all the guests at the breakfast buffet.

Hotel neuf mais chambre froide (pas reglable), tv sans signal, lit double accolé pour faire un grand lit, salle de bain avec le stricte minimum (on est dans un 4*), pas d eau (une fontaine dans le couloir avec 2 gobelets poses sans savoir si propre ou pas....loin des autres Mercure que je pratique. Les points positif, il est neuf, proche du rer et le personnel agreable

Côté positif : hôtel neuf et propre Côtés incroyablement négatifs : - Parkings minuscules souvent fermés ce qui vous oblige à sortir de la voiture (par exemple sous la pluie...) en attendant qu'on veuille juste vous répondre à l'interphone qui est très mal placé ! - Non seulement les parkings sont petits mais ils sont occupés par le personnel qui se moque de la disponibilité pour les clients - Le personnel est absolument sympatique et serviable mais complètement incompétent (aucune prise en compte des demandes, difficultés permanentes à utiliser leurs outils informatiques, encaissement, etc...) - Restaurant globalement en dessous des standards Mercure... - Petit déjeuner médiocre - Chambres sans attentions particulières (café ou autres...)
