"Location is convenient. Room is okay or rather good. But the room key was broken and although I claimed it to the staff many times, no countermeasure was taken. They just told me that it needs specific technique to open the door. No other hotels force such technique to the guest. There were some many issues but that key problem was critical and I left the apartment earlier. It is obvious that the staff received any kind of service training and there is no SOP or service procedure at all. Still not a bad place to stay if the key problem is solved, though. "

"Modern apartment with a supermarket downstairs for all your self catering needs, strongly recommended. Check in took a while, it's not a hotel but after that guest relations were good. The Internet expired during my visit hence was down for half a day until I complained but they topped it up very quickly."

"This was my 1st visit to Ghana and I wasn't sure of what to expect. The staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this property to others. However, I would not recommend to someone with mobility challenges. The menu took some getting used to since I am a picky eater. I'm used to green vegetables but was aware the menu was Ghanaian."
