Scott and David from the Front Desk stood out for their attentiveness and professionalism—David’s ability to remember my name and recall details of my meeting at the Executive Lounge demonstrated a high level of personal care. Otoo provided friendly and engaging conversation while assisting with our luggage, and Flo from the Asana Lounge was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. I would like to make a special mention of Scott, whose service truly exceeded expectations and made this trip especially memorable. As a hotelier with 12 years of experience, I can confidently say that Scott is one of the best Front Office Managers I have encountered. He went above and beyond to explain details clearly, assist both myself and my guests, and ensure every aspect of our stay was well taken care of. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality reflect the highest standards of the Kempinski brand. Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent, and the service quality was outstanding. "I had a nice experience at the apartment overall. The main issue was that there is no elevator, which was inconvenient. I also wasn’t very happy with the service—after I reported a problem with the washing machine, it took a long time to get it fixed. However, aside from these issues, everything else was okay."

"Location is convenient. Room is okay or rather good. But the room key was broken and although I claimed it to the staff many times, no countermeasure was taken. They just told me that it needs specific technique to open the door. No other hotels force such technique to the guest. There were some many issues but that key problem was critical and I left the apartment earlier. It is obvious that the staff received any kind of service training and there is no SOP or service procedure at all. Still not a bad place to stay if the key problem is solved, though. "

"Stayed here one night in Feb 2026. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good wifi. Pool is small but well-designed. Not quite as beautiful-looking as in the photos--some additional landscaping around the pool might help. Basic but good breakfast (served either in your room or beside the pool). Make sure to order it the evening before. Arranged airport pickup. Definitely pricier than an Uber, but they were right there on time waiting for me. Also, hotel did a very early check in for me, at no extra cost, which was very generous of them. On a quieter side street in Osu, but very walkable to Oxford Street and nearby restaurants, shops, banks, etc."
