Great location. Staff is as helpful s as can be. Rooms here are owned by different groups, the room I was in did have a smell to it but it was bearable. There were problems with the internet, that was annoying. The person assigned to my room was very attentive and helpful.

The room and its location seemed OK on the surface. It was in a large apartment building with a swimming pool and a small restaurant in the middle of the building, which was quite convenient. However, the serviced apartment was not operated by the building property, and the building property would not take care of any problems, including safety hazards. The service was hard to describe. They would call at 5 a.m. to ask what breakfast the guests wanted, even though they had already booked it the day before. In addition, someone knocked on the door in the middle of the night for two consecutive nights, and kept knocking. Complaining to the building property and the hotel operator was useless.
