Newly Constructed, second floor, modern studio apartment conveniently located a quarter mile off Rte 13. Located 45 minutes from Chincoteague and Assateague Beaches and NASA Flight Facility. Located one hour from Kiptopeke State Park and Cape Charles Beaches. Sleeps 6 and has1 bathroom and efficiency kitchen.
The house has both downstairs and upstairs rental units with separate outdoor entrances, so if you need more space you can also check out the downstairs unit that sleeps up to 3 guests and includes a larger kitchen, oven, washer and dryer and a luxury shower. The room was as presented. Clean and nicely appointed. Some noise from downstairs reminded us of apartment living. It would have helped to be assured that there was no way to get from ground level apartment to the upstairs apartment from inside.

Great Weekend Getaway!
The apartment was very well kept, provided ample sitting space, and was spacious! I was skeptical about it being a studio type apartment with our 4 month old since there would not be really a space for him to have a quiet area, but upon arrival we seen a office room that we were able to use that had a door. Overall the unit was well stocked and provided just what we needed for our stay.
