Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island Reviews

Had a good stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Maryah Island recently. Despite maintenance work being carried out during my visit, the hotel did a commendable job of keeping service interruptions and noise to a minimum, which was pleasantly surprising and appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a very convenient location, especially with the direct link to The Galleria Mall. The standard room was perfectly convenient and met expectations. While the service wasn't quite at its usual peak due to the maintenance period, I'm confident this is just a temporary situation and not reflective of their standard level.

Located in the new financial center of Abu Dhabi, it is more business-like overall. I booked a basic room, which is actually quite small. It is enough for two people to stay in. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The overall price is much lower than that of Dubai, and so is the hotel. The price-performance ratio is still good.

Four Seasons… What can I say I went during the off-season and stayed for less than 30 dollars, and it was really perfect The pool and the gym are really pretty, and the gym equipment is brand new. I went there for a vacation, and it was really, really, really good. Recommended!

A perfect solution for a night in Abu Dhabi. The Four season is a guarantee: clean structure, impeccable service, quality of food and very comfortable bed. I was surprised by the convenience of the price. The location is excellent if you want to visit the Mall.

Special praise to the service staff at the door. We had a dispute over the taxi driver's detour fee. The service staff at the door came over to help me solve the problem after seeing it. After we explained the situation, the person in charge of the service staff came over and asked us to go back to the hotel first. They will take care of the extra expenses. The service staff and the person in charge did a great job, which not only solved the customer's problem, but also maintained the credibility of their own government taxis.

The hotel's location, facilities, services, and surrounding environment are all very good. The newest and largest shopping mall in Abu Dhabi is right next to it.

Not recommended. When I checked in, I refused to pay for an upgrade, and only arranged a room without a view. The room facilities are ordinary, and the rain is small and cool. The air conditioning is poor, and it is very hot in summer. The outdoor swimming pool is really average, but the St. Regis of the same grade has a private beach. Breakfast is an extra fee, 270 yuan, the quality is good, but not many people eat it. Paul in the mall is better. When I drove to the door, the security guard looked at the car like a car. They didn't hear me clearly that I was staying at the hotel, so they stopped outside. Then apologized and helped to park the car.

Booked for a colleague on a business trip, the feedback is very good

Beautiful Hotel, very well located on Maryah Island with direct access to the Mall and plenty of various restaurants in the mall as well as adjacent to the hotel. Very practical if you don't want to spend your time at the pool. There is an outdoor pool on the 3rd floor which is good but not as grand as in other hotels.
