The St. Regis Abu Dhabi

This review is because a butler, Khursheed Alam, gave me a very deep impression of the service, and I feel it is necessary to express gratitude. I stayed at St. Regis for only 2 nights. On the morning of the second day, I saw someone playing jet ski on the beach below, so I asked Alam, a butler in the lobby, if the hotel had any activities that could be booked. Alam was not actually my butler, but he still told me very carefully that St. Regis did not have this service. There was a related club next door and he could help me find out. I left my room number and left. I returned to the hotel at 10 o'clock that night, and found that Alam had left a card after entering the room. Later I learned that before that, he had actually knocked on the door many times to inform me of the message, but I was not in the room. The information on the card was very comprehensive, but unfortunately we were leaving tomorrow, and the schedule was tight and difficult to arrange; considering that it was too late, we did not reply. The next morning we went to the front desk to check out. While waiting, Alam still remembered us. After seeing us from a distance, he came over to ask if we needed a jet ski. In fact, we had forgotten about it at that time (I need to apologize here and forgot to reply), but Alam still paid attention to it, which was a little surprise. There were many guests at that time, and I believe he had a lot of things to follow up, but he could remember and follow up a conversation demand of less than 5 minutes. This kind of attentive service and professionalism really impressed me. Not only Alam, but every waiter in this St. Regis made me feel at home. As soon as I checked into the room, a butler came to introduce the room facilities to me in detail; at breakfast, every waiter was very considerate and thoughtful to serve us; every employee in the lobby and beach could solve our problems gently and professionally. In terms of service alone, this St. Regis is impeccable. For other elements, this hotel also did very well. The decoration, facilities, scenery, and food are all very good, and each one has impressive points. We stayed in a basic room, but the magnificent sea view and the golden sunset of the Persian Gulf were not discounted. Its private beach and beach pool are what I think is an underappreciated point of Abu Dhabi vacation tourism. All in all, this is an excellent hotel.

Disadvantages: The room is old and small, not the 40+ square meters marked, 30 at most. The toilet and shower are very small, and the equipment is seriously outdated. The sound insulation is very poor, the door is opened and closed next to it, and the motorcycles downstairs are constantly running in the middle of the night, and there are also disco sounds at night (37th floor) Pros: The scenery is good, and the sea view is unobstructed. The service is particularly good and the response speed is fast. Because the bathroom was a little flooded after taking a shower, I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out, and the beach bar fee was waived. How should I put it, this attitude is very positive. In addition, to go to the beach, you have to go to the 3rd floor to change the elevator to B2 through the corridor and then take the elevator to G. The quality of the beach water is average, but because it is exclusive, there are few people. The beach bar and the Middle Eastern restaurant next to the elevator are both delicious

I stayed at the Edison, St. Regis and Conrad, and the St. Regis is the last one. The hardware is not as good as the St. Regis I stayed at in other countries in the Middle East. The sea view room faces the street, which is not good enough for people who are sensitive to noise. The cleanliness of the bathroom is questionable, the old dirt on the bathroom door cannot be removed, and the elevator is slow and crowded. The advantages are that the staff is very good, the food is delicious, and the private beach is pleasant.

The service is super good. I think this is the best beach. The sand is super white and fine. The service is also very good. The 270-degree view is really beautiful. The kids had a great time.

The second time we had a family holiday in this hotel. The hotel is wonderful, corresponds to 5 stars. The best thing about it is the staff, very friendly and always ready to help. Very tasty and varied food both at breakfast and at dinner. The sea is clean, the only thing that can spoil the impression a little is the rocky bottom.
