No room to open your suitcase, no towels, tiny window where the staff do their laundry all day in front of the room!!!! All for €80 a night!!! A real rip-off 🥴"

"The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area is beautiful with daily entertainment. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choices, and every evening there's a different themed dinner buffet at the hotel. The reception staff are very helpful and offer great advice! Rooms are tidied daily (if requested). There's an incredible, huge golf course! ⛳️ The spa is an extra cost (as it's independent from the hotel). I recommend this hotel; it has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere! 💛☀️ 🏊♀️ Siam Mall and Siam Park are nearby! (Plan to rent a car or take a taxi as it's difficult to get around on foot; the roads aren't very pedestrian-friendly!)"

However, it is a place where guests are going to go out, have parties, get out and come back really late at night, drunk or even worse. If you are looking for a place to go out for a party or club and to celebrate until very late in the night, this is your place. If you want some place to rest during the night, do not book it or you will regret it"

They keep the place up and running and at the same time are the best of people to make friends, guide and advise you on the places to go around, things to do while also organising regular events together for those staying at the hostel. With a huge kitchen and pantry area to keep your food items and make food together, for yourself or with others is a great bonding experience. With ample places to relax, sit and talk or play music and dance around or hop in the pool for a refreshing dip before joining at the open bar every evening, the hostel has plenty of space for everyone to meet new people and enjoy. Obviously being a co-working hostel, it has a secluded co-working place where you can do your work in peace. The only advise is to have a car with you since transport is better when having your own vehicle around in tenerife as such. Such an amazing experience. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants a hostel experience that feels more like staying with siblings and cousins. (Also FYI there are 3 cats in the property, in case you're allergic or scared of them, although they are also super chill and friendly.)"

"Big place. Needs a makeover. Our room we thought was in the beat position. Literally next to bar, room 116 , 23 steps to the bar. Noise wasn't a problem. Room was ok, only cleaned once in the week there and bed changed the once. Kitchen area dated but ok. Definitely get a fan for £20 deposit which you get back. Food, you wouldn't starve but not brilliant. And the pasta dishes are not labeled, so its a guess as what's in them. Never enjoyed any of the food but ate it. The cave bar needs a massive makeover. Not enough tables and chairs and it's all mish mash so looks mess. Only one bar on the complex so long walk for drinks if not near the bar. Only one pool near the bar area. No outside area to sit for drinks at bar, all undercover. Which isn't good. Couldn't find any English chanel on TV. Entertainment was ok, not brilliant. Good position though. Would I go back, probably not. The pics are from bar to our room and room to bar. The food place is just in inside at the side of the cave bar Weather was fabulous."

"The room was spacious. We informed the hotel in advance that it was our birthday trip, and they prepared a cake and decorations for the room door. Daily housekeeping was provided, and the room was very clean. The room was generally well soundproofed at night. The all-inclusive meal and drink package was very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again."

"It’s a great hotel with preferential access to golf and first class dining. Very helpful staff. We were returning customers but not returning often enough to avoid getting the only room in the hotel (perhaps there were two) that got no sun either in the morning or afternoon. It’s strange how important a bit of sun is - drying your swim staff or just that last hour of the day. We will return and hopefully we have served our time in room 17. "

It was correct for the price, but definitely not a 4-star level. Could be a bit of noise from the road, but the windows are well-isolated. The air-condition works well. Not a bad choice for short stays!"

"Hotel VillAlba was the best hotel experience we had across all of the Canary Islands. The staff were outstanding from start to finish, attentive and genuinely invested in making the stay memorable. The spa alone is worth the trip, with every element you'd want for a varied, restorative experience: Turkish bath, ice pool, cold shower, Jacuzzi, hot and cold leg jets, a beautiful pool, and a peaceful resting area. The setting is just as unforgettable. Perched in the highest village in the islands, the hotel offers some of the most stunning night skies I've ever seen. The restaurant matched the rest of the experience with delicious, thoughtfully prepared food. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer."
