They keep the place up and running and at the same time are the best of people to make friends, guide and advise you on the places to go around, things to do while also organising regular events together for those staying at the hostel. With a huge kitchen and pantry area to keep your food items and make food together, for yourself or with others is a great bonding experience. With ample places to relax, sit and talk or play music and dance around or hop in the pool for a refreshing dip before joining at the open bar every evening, the hostel has plenty of space for everyone to meet new people and enjoy. Obviously being a co-working hostel, it has a secluded co-working place where you can do your work in peace. The only advise is to have a car with you since transport is better when having your own vehicle around in tenerife as such. Such an amazing experience. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants a hostel experience that feels more like staying with siblings and cousins. (Also FYI there are 3 cats in the property, in case you're allergic or scared of them, although they are also super chill and friendly.)"

"What a brilliant hotel, great all round . Felt clean , modern and quite luxurious. Definitely recommend to anyone after a nice break. We had breakfast only, which was 10/10 the best fresh breads and pure orange juice already squeezed in jugs ready! The steak restaurant was unbelievable m, after having 2 steaks outside the restaurant and then eating our last dinner in the hotel restaurant , we couldn’t believe how much better the steak was and upset we didn’t eat that one first lol!"

It is an oasis of calm and relaxation in a perfect location. From arrival and the efficient and welcoming check-in, whether from Management, Restaurant, Housekeeping, Guest Assistance, Poolside, Contact Center or Gym, the subtle touches of support, care and attention throughout the stay, were plentiful. Sadly the time there seemed to go so quickly, but we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Muchas Gracias Sir Anthony, you are all Stars."

"It’s a great hotel with preferential access to golf and first class dining. Very helpful staff. We were returning customers but not returning often enough to avoid getting the only room in the hotel (perhaps there were two) that got no sun either in the morning or afternoon. It’s strange how important a bit of sun is - drying your swim staff or just that last hour of the day. We will return and hopefully we have served our time in room 17. "

"What can i say, its been a holiday to remember! On the 1st day of our 10 night stay. my son dislocated his knee, hospital visit, knee brace for 3 weeks. . Nit the holiday we were expecting. The hotel was amazing, nothing was a bother and everyone asked how he was. Even the lady at the shop next door . The hotel is spotless, all the staff are lovely, bar, kitchen, lifeguard, cleaners and management. They get grief for no reason. The drinks are very reasonable! The food was exceptional, we went to hard rock cafe and the burgers at Whala were so much better! Perfection guys . A big shout out the the chefs!! Well done 👏 Tom, Lucy, Cata and lorenzo , yous all made out holiday with your kindness. Thank you so much! Its a lovely hotel,. We are hoping to return in October so we can do the activities we missed out on."
