Novotel Abidjan Marcory (ouverture prochaine)

The hotel is brand new and rooms are superb clean and neat However the staff at the reception are very slow and always busy and worse they dont do their job I requested to extend my stay yet every next day the room key stops working and i have to explain again to the staff that i requested extension Moreover as a platinum member i was not offered room upgrade The receptionist leslie said there’s no abailability while i knew that there was because i had other colleagues checking in few hours after me and there was availability. And when they checked out i checked again and leslie had the same answer Only to later discover that they have not entered my membership number into the system

Good service especially around the pool ( carelle and Silver) Clean room Good location Put no ham in the menu ? Terrace is fantastic I can smoke and drink Good variety at the breakfast with tropical fresh juices

The staff are top notch (esp Emma Eve) exceptional service , professionalism and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend

Nene Be at the pool side had excellent service. Good ambiance and great music at the Paratment ADAGIO/Novotel hotel on n town.
