Excellent location, host very welcoming and accommodating, quiet at night. We were in room 7 which offered a kitchenette (very well equipped). Great view of town, steps to the ocean front promenade and a short walk to shops and services. Would definitely recommend.

A great location for this guest house one minute off the sea front and just a few minutes from the centre of town. The self-service check in was very easy and the top floor room very comfortable. Although sharing the floor with two other rooms, it was very quiet and the bed was comfy. Like many other hotels it could do with a mini-fridge, but otherwise no problems. There is no breakfast but it is only a few minutes walk from several eateries, including Sophie's cafe, a couple of doors down from the Tesco Express, which does a great veggie cooked breakfast. Had a great short stay and would certainly stay here again.

Excellent guest house just off the seafront. Good size rooms which are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Car park across the road. Short walk into town so perfect location. I have stayed here 5 times in the last couple of months while working in Aberystwyth and would definitely stay again. First class accommodation.

Didnt like the fact that didnt see one single member of staff during entire stay. Very impersonal.
Also when we arrive had no electricity. No warning nor explanation or communication at all.

Stayed after finishing a cycling expedition, allowed us to store our bikes and leave them whilst out during the day past the check out time. Rooms and Bathroom were lovely and perfectly clean. Highly recommend

This is our second time staying at Bodalwyn. Rooms are lovely, booked the studio flat this time, could not want for more, thoroughly recommend this Guest House, near to all the amenities, beautiful part of the country. Booked again for our son's graduation, looking forward to our third stay!

Excellent quality accommodation, situated within sight of the sea front. Very tidy well maintained property, quiet and comfortable.
Only problem was car parking facility, which was a council owned park opposite. Charges were very high hourly, £7 for a day.
In all, an excellent break.
