Room 7 was uncomfortable. No opening window for air - air conditioning unit drips when running and soaks the carpet which was causing the room to smell of stagnant water - particularly bad in clothes storage closet. I reported it to staff who said someone would look at it. No one came. Bathroom fittings - bath and shower leak! Shower head needed cleaning and shower door seal was WiFi stops working on top floor Advertised as free WiFi available on hotel website but WiFi didnt work on our floor

A warm welcome, so helpful and great service extended by all staff. As a solo lady felt safe. Great location on the seafront. Rooms are great with oh so comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Food was delicious, served piping hot. Highly recommend. I will certainly be back.

What a great place, ideally located right in the middle of town, well decorated rooms with modern facilities. Comfortable beds with fresh clean bed linen. Topped off with a fantastic manager and well trained staff who go out their way to accommodate you. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

We were staying further round the coast and had walked to have Sunday lunch. Pub was grubby. Had to order via an app. Girls working on the bar were loud and the one that served us, spilt gravy on the table and didn't offer more gravy or even get a cloth to clean it up. No condiments offered. There was a young chap working there whose manner was much better. (we'd seen him interact with other customers). Food was mediocre. Wouldn't visit again.

The reception staff were helpful at check in but the rest of the experience was poor. Room was noisy and you could hear other room occupants all the time. The staff were unable to offer breakfast before 0800 so we missed it on both days as we had to get to the golf course. I stayed for two days and the room was not serviced during my stay meaning I exhausted the meagre supply of two tea bags in the room. The bar downstairs was very busy and without a reservation you could not eat there in the evening. There was also a long wait at the bar for a drink due to a single handed bar person. Other members of our party were staying at other places locally and they all reported a better service meaning this hotel would be bottom of my list for future trips.

Had a meal in the bar and loved it! The ultimate veggie burger really is the ultimate veggie burger! Laura served us and is a great person! We enjoyed the meal and would definitely come back! The environment is nice and the food is reasonably priced.
