Location and property was amazing. Staffs at the reception were very helpful. Room was bit smelly. Having said that it was a great deal. Truly a value for money

Danhostel
The hotel room is nice, but there are some experience that I don’t like it
1. Cancellation- we sent the email earlier but they don’t accept any cancellation request even with penalties
2. Check in time- I was arrived on Sunday 16:30 pm, but I couldn’t find any staff at the reception and it’s locked, the check in time is start from 15:00, but they off duty on 15:30, just a 30 mins to check in I can say this is funny.
3. Trip.com- the CS even send me the check in time table after I ask how there are no ppl at the reception, and trip.com CS couldn’t contact the hostel, said tomorrow morning only available, this is one of the reason I gave 1 star

Bang for your buck on brilliant location
The most wonderful, sweet and helpful staff.
Brilliant location. I could even buy a parking spot overnight.
I did book a double room with my own bathroom.
Considering this is a Hostel, I really got bang for my buck. Of course it simple and not any extra additionally. But you don’t expect that knowing that you payed probably a third of what a regular hotel in Århus - High season - would charge.
I’ll be back. Thanks you so much!

Nice, affordable stay at a very nice location. The only things not up to our expectations was the cleanliness of the kitchen and that the room was really hot and without the possibility of letting enough air in.

It feels weird having employees blasting loud music and closing doors to communal areas, not excactly welcoming, other than that a good place. Kitchen is fine, water a bit cold, but not a big problem. Good central location. Wanted to sit in the couches, but didn't feel welcoming, maybe you should have a space for the employees only.
