Aveda Suites at Aamby Valley City

I am writing regarding our recent stay at Aveda Suites from February 17th to 19th, which was meant to be a special celebration for our 1st anniversary. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues that significantly impacted our stay. 1. Air Conditioning Failure: The AC in our room was completely non-functional. It took the staff 1.5 days to acknowledge the issue, and we were finally moved to another room at 5:30 PM on the second day—after having already endured stifling heat and discomfort. This was unacceptable, especially given the high temperatures. 2. Poorly Maintained Amenities & Services: Many amenities were either broken or not maintained, making them unusable. The overall upkeep of the property did not match the advertised standards. 3. Restaurant Closures & Limited Dining Options: Two restaurants were completely shut, and the ones that were open had very limited menu options. The breakfast experience felt more like a canteen/mess than a luxury hotel. 4. False Advertising: The property looked appealing in photos but did not reflect the reality of our stay. It was far from the luxury experience we expected and paid for. Given the significant shortcomings in both service and amenities, I believe a refund is warranted. This was not the experience we were promised, and it certainly did not justify the cost. I request you to process a refund at the earliest, as the stay failed to meet even basic hospitality standards.

Pathetic place ive been too. The reception is soo sad with no fan infact. The linens arent washed properly. Wifi doesnt work well. Curtains stink alot. Rooms have a area which has ac ducts and its open as well. Worst experience. They show it as a 5 star property but its not even 3 star. The prices and pictures look great but it isnt.

Excellent view enjoyed a lot nice venue and also very good service by naresh. Food at Acafe was not so good. Horses stabel was also too good enjoyed Horse riding . Go carting was also an amazing experience. Food at woodpeaker restaurant was awesome.

Our stay was very good thanks to the awesome weather and brilliant hospitality by Aveda suits staff. Naresh was extremely helpful all throughout the stay and made us feel comfortable by giving us a room with a perfect view! The in-room dining experience was good and the service was quick. We would love to come back again soon.

We spent one night at AVEDA SUITES in Aamby Valley City. The suites indeed are very luxurious and created with good taste. It has all the facilities of star hotel room. The outdoor rocking sofa is very enjoyable in cool morning/evening. The next night spent at JUVANA SUITES was equally enjoyable with suites overlooking the lake in front. Dinner at CABANA2 was superb with cool, rather chilly, breeze in late March! This is the go-to place in neighbourhood of Mumbai if one wants to have completely relaxing time. Ramana
