The hotel is clean and well located to get into the centre. The staff were mostly friendly. The young Spanish lady working on the desk and serving drinks in the evening wa brilliant. A real asset to the Estilo team! On checking out I found the lady rude. She tried to charge me for items that were included in my stay and was adamant I had to pay in a very abrupt manor. Disappointing to say the least. I persisted and made her check. She finally decided to check the booking and saw that all food/drinks were covered. This really changed my opinion of the hotel.

This used to be my goto place in Aalen, but in the last year or so, its gone way downhill. The people have become much less friendly, and are actually rude; and the place is getting run down - you can see it in the paint on the walls, stains on the carpet, etc. Breakfast is nothing special at all. Really disappointing.

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks on a business trip in Aaleni. The location is nice near the center, where there are several good restaurants. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and spacious. For those arriving by car, there is plenty of parking space outside and in the parking hall. Breakfast was good and fresh every morning. But clearly the best thing at the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. Thanks and see ya again!

Das Hotel ist dank seiner zentralen Lage gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Aalen geeignet. Das Personal ist freundliche, die Zimmer sind sauber, zweckmässig und modern gehalten. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, jedoch beim Preis von 16.50€ etwas hinter den Erwartungen. Parkplätze Sind vorhanden, können aber nicht reserviert werden und kosten 12.50€ die Nacht extra.
