Just behind the station, the environment is very good, the breakfast is very rich! good service attitude

Booked this hotel for the second time. The first time was a bad experience. This time it's the same. Very old rooms. Dirty carpets. Very badly cleaned room. The bed is not comfortable. Breakfast is normal.

We stayed at Comwell Hvide Hus Aalborg for business. The conference we attended took place next to the congress. The hotel has a great location. It is close to buses and trains. In total the journey to the airport takes around 20 minutes. The Hotel is really clean. It has large windows through which you can enjoy the great view of the city. The utensils such as towels are very clean. The breakfast is excellent. At the entrance there are areas where you can sit and work. There is also coffee in the same area. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. There is literally nothing I can complain about. If you really want me to find something to complain about then I would say that the pillows are too soft if you force me to complain about something :D

The hotel front desk person was extremely slow unprofessional and had a bad service attitude because she was not wearing a badge and when I asked for her name (I wanted to complain about her to the manager) she didn't tell me her name. Then I reported to the company who booked the hotel that they contacted the hotel and said that the front desk manager would contact me the next day, but they completely ignored me the next day. On the third day, I went to find the front desk manager Anette Piilgaard. The most impolite and poorest hotel service staff ever! Regardless of right and wrong, indifferent attitude, vicious strategy! She reprimanded me from head to toe! Interrupt me before I finish speaking, accuse me of all kinds, let me think about whether it is my own problem! Totally takes my strong racism! Never met such staff in any hotel anywhere in the world! After talking to her, we decided to check out and change to another hotel!

Very good, breakfast and a variety of wine

Fik et fint værelse på 10. etage med en skøn udsigt over mod skoven og Aalborg Tårnet. Ikke langt til centrum og lige ved siden af skøn park og Aalborg Kulturcenter. Dejlig morgenmad i stort lokale med masser af plads. Også plads på terrassen.

奧爾堡絕對的藝術城市。在這邊呆了三天都住在這裏，酒店離車站隔了一個公園，裏面有音樂樹林。酒店很大，房間非常寬敞，還有小涼台，房間有兩個衞生間，沙發及桌椅配置齊全。早餐品類一般，但食材特別好，果汁很好喝。餐廳、大堂接待廳、各處角落都放置了很有品位的傢俱組合，特別是椅子，很有設計感。
