Check-in was really easy and the location was easy to find. Our room had a view of some shops so we kept the blinds closed, but it was really nice having an apartment to stay in with a mini kitchen and laundry area. And the location was perfect to see everything in the city and having quick access to buses if we needed to go anywhere further.

The staff was SO, So helpful in getting us an extra room on very short notice.
The room was great and the location was terrific.
I was worried about not having a reception desk but they were very responsive to my email and calls and there is a manager on site.

The hotel's location is super central. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and have a small kitchenette. Unfortunately, the double bed is very narrow and almost too small for two adults. There is no TV. Check-in and check-out are very easy. Parking is only available in the surrounding parking garages. Due to its central location, it's recommended for a short trip with limited time in your room.

My boyfriend and me stayed there for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. We had a kitchen with everything we needed, the location was super good (very close to the cathedral and a lot of restaurants and shops close by) and very clean upon arrival. We really enjoyed our time there.

I've been commuting from Düsseldorf to Aachen since the beginning of this year and POHA House has now become my second home. The house is very centrally located, the rooms are very comfortable and modern and I've never slept so well in a hotel bed before. But what I like best is that I also have a small kitchenette here so I can prepare something to eat myself. I can highly recommend it!

Alles TOP! Super moderne und neue Ausstattung. Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Besonders hat mir die zentrale Lage gefallen - direkt in der Innenstadt. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Check-in und check-out verliefen super unkompliziert.

I have been in Aachen a lot for work in the last few months and have always stayed at the POHA House Büschel. Despite the central location, it is surprisingly quiet depending on the direction of the room. The beds and mattresses are excellent, so I slept very well. I really liked the small kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, so I could cater for myself and didn't have to go out to eat every evening. The small capsule coffee machine is also nice, so you can make yourself a coffee in the morning. The roof terrace and the small courtyard are also charming, so you can spend time outside in your free time. The first time I had a bit of trouble opening the entrance door. But the friendly kiosk owner across the street helped me quickly. I would love to come back and have already booked my next stay.
