We stayed here on our final night of our Camiño Primativo. We were warmly welcomed by our host and enjoyed a cold beer in their wonderful gardens. After a great shower we enjoyed a fantastic barbecued chicken by Jose. Very comfortable bedroom and breakfast arrangements mean we could make an early start on the final section to Santiago. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Great place to stay in small hamlet. Out in the country but only 100m off Camino. Large grassy area with hammock, pool, and lounge chairs. Clean comfortable rooms. Had wonderful BBQ chicken dinner prepared by owners son (extra cost). Nearby bar stays open until 4:00 with great food and drink. No other food available in A Brea. Owner and son very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental but very tasty. The place to stay!

A true oasis on “Our Camino”. The owner, her son “The Gordon Ramsey of bbq”, and his wife are just so nice, true customer service at its best. We took a rest day in A Brea, and unknowingly it was by far the best place we’ve stayed so far. Less than 100 meters off The Camino de Santiago, you could never imagine the beauty inside the compound compared to its immediate surroundings. Clean, quiet, comfortable, true luxury at Camino prices. They truly make you feel as if you are family, and that you are home away from home. Wonderful breakfast included in our price. If you have the option, don’t miss out on the bbq dinner (optional). Jimmy barks, but he doesn’t bite, playful small dog who just adds to the whole feeling of home.

Ok where do I start? We showed up sweltering after a long day on our Camino hike. We were greeted with warmth and top notch accomodiations. We immediately were able to enjoy a nice cocktail by the pool. Almudena is an amazIng host and offers many sancks, wines, beers and alchohol all on your honor system. Her son, Jose Luis, is a master at the BBQ and served up the best chicken I have had in years. I would recommend spending a couple days or more here before your last trek into Santiago. Its a tranquil respite with lovely rooms, pool and food.

Very comfortable recently renovated accommodation (with swimming pool) just off the Camino de Santiago. Helpful, welcoming staff. Owner, formerly from US, graciously took us to the airport when alternative wasn't available. Would benefit from offering in/house dinner but many alternatives available a short cab ride away in 0 Pedruzo.

The hostess Alumeda is so kind and really enjoys her guest and makes everyone feel at home in a beautiful Spanish villa with pool. I slept deeply in the comfortable, clean room. And when I awoke Alumeda had a delicious breakfast laid out with very good coffee. I enjoyed the granola and fresh blueberries with yogurt (granola is rare on the Camino). She also keeps a fridge stocked with many drinks and large bottle of water on the honor system. A delightful place I'd bring my wife to.
