Omer Almarwani was super friendly , he gave us a very big room with nice view of entrance street , overall staff is very nice , elevators at haram tower are super fast and too many elevators , 7 elevators I think , breakfast was good with Haram view , room is clean but wifi was slow

The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything. We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place. The building is older, but functional. We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone. I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩 Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365. You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us. Because the location is not that far from gate 365. This gate is near Rawdah. Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess

The room is spacious for us (4 pax). The housekeeping came everyday to clean our room. The hotel is so close to Rawda.
Waqf Outhman Bin Affan Hotel

The mosque is very close to the Haram (about 5-7 minutes walk) flat road Women's gate is very close It is located on the other side of the Haram, so if you have a reservation to enter the Rawdah, go ahead to arrive on time. The reception is very helpful, and the service comes quickly There is a kettle and a refrigerator. There is no microwave. I was allowed to enter before the check in time (about 9-10 am) due to the availability of rooms (the number of beds was not reserved, but I had no objection). Recommend. Especially for young people.
Madinah Aram Hotel

This Hotel near to Masjid Quba, Masjid Bilal. This Hotel is on the west side of Masjid Nabawi. Walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. Walking distance to Chef Market. Not recommended if you planning walking with stroller or wheelchair. Group of friends or DIY Umrah, recommended. Aram Hotel provided us a sharing washing machine for your own laundry.

An excellent experience to have with my family thank you so so much for everything. The care and concern the staff had during our stay was palpable and incredible.

This is a first poor experience I've unfortunately came across. The breakfast was not up to standard at all, especially paying 140SAR for a 4 star #1 premium hotel. We literally tried it the 1st morning but went out for breakfast the rest of our stay. The pictures online are deceiving. It's not what is advertised. I asked for a refund, and they unfortunately have refused. Trip.com however was willing to compensate me for the inconvenience caused. The room was really stuffy. Hotel definitely needs a revamp, as most areas in the bathrooms are stained and patched up where needed. The bathroom towels also needs to be changed. Last negative thing, it's highly overpriced. On a positive note, the hotel staff is really responsive and the location is in walking distance to the haram.
Season Star Hotel Madinah

Very nice hotel, modern and clean, great staff, comfortable and spacious room. Small downsides: problems with hot water in the shower and the distance from Masjid Ennabawi due to work in the city but the hotel provides a shuttle before and after each prayer
Al Eairy Apartments - Al Madinah 14

Facilities: There are no tables and chairs in the room (it is recommended that the boss put a table and chairs), so the food is placed on the refrigerator. This may be related to the living habits of the locals. There are only two beds, a refrigerator and a wardrobe, and the floor is carpeted. There is complete hot and cold water, it is convenient to take a shower, and the bathroom is very nice. Cleaning is done after every guest, and linen is changed after every guest. The windows in the room were sealed by the boss (probably because the sun was too strong, in order to lower the room temperature). There are windows but you can't see the outside, which is a bit regretful. Open the window and look out at the yard. The date palm grove is so beautiful. There is also an air conditioner (very noisy), an old-fashioned type of air conditioner that is very loud, but it is also cool. The price of more than 240 RMB is not bad, compared with the price level in Saudi Arabia. It takes about twenty minutes to half an hour to walk to the Holy Mosque of Medina.
