We like our stay in the hotel even if it was apparent that the facilities are old already. The pool and the beach are ok and my child loved both. There are available food but they are quite pricey, however it was convenient so we consider it just ok. Rooms are spacious but a bit old. If you are there to swim and just use the room for sleeping then it will serve its purpose. Overall we are happy. Thank you.

Hotel staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for travellers and tourists looking for an affordable hotel located at the heart of Tagaytay City.

The Accommodation: I stayed at the Wind Residences, a towering high-rise condo with a cozy and classy lobby. The staff and security guards were polite, and the elevators worked smoothly. The unit itself was basic but comfortable, with a wooden wall separating the living room from the bedroom. It had a TV, Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa set, a refrigerator, chairs and tables, and a double-decker bed. While the air conditioning wasn't centralized, the natural cool air of Tagaytay was sufficient. The bathroom had a hot and cold shower. Amenities and Facilities: The Wind Residences has a fantastic clubhouse with three swimming pools, two outdoor and one indoor. While there's a fee of ₱150 per person for using the pool, it's worth it for the experience. The clubhouse also has a gym, function rooms, billiard tables, darts, basketball, badminton and lawn tennis courts, and a kiddie playground. The jogging path is huge, and there's a vacant lot in the middle where guests can fly drones. There are also a few shops on the first floor of the buildings, including Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Ace Hardware, BDO, and a 7/11. What I Loved: - The scenic garden and open field - The clubhouse and other amenities - The location - The security Areas for Improvement: - The parking is expensive. - The Wi-Fi is limited. - The sky deck is unfinished. - The restrooms are unfinished. - A heated pool or small jacuzzi would be a great addition. Overall: My staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo was hassle-free and enjoyable. The host was responsive, and the accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. Huge and clean swimming pool, making it a great place for family with kids. The rooms are clean though some of the bedsheets and comforter cover are already showing ‘signs of ageing’ and some has stains. Had a little hiccup during breakfast as apparently our room number was used by some other people or it could just be a simple misunderstanding, I don’t know what happened, no explanation. It was immediately resolved though I felt a little worried. They must have some process to verify both the room number and names to avoid incorrect room charges. Another not so good but tolerable experience is being at the 7th floor, just below the Fields restaurant, we can hear the floor noises from the 8th floor which is a little bit annoying. We loved the breakfast and ambiance at Atrium and the dinner buffet at the Fields (French Cuisine). Overall, we had a great experience and we consider this as our go to hotel for quick getaway / swimming with kids.

Service at the bar area & Christmas food store was very slow. Breakfast for the price of the room was way below par. What we'd expected to be traditional such as sausages & bacon were not included. Wi-Fi connection was very, very poor would have been a nightmare if we'd been there on business. Main lobby of the hotel, dinning are way too cold. Lastly, due to the temperature in this location at this time of year it is important to be able to have a hot shower, show temperature too intermittent, was not possible to have a hot shower.

Estancia was a great place to stay at when in Tagaytay. There is a Starbucks that is a 2-minute walk from the resort. There are great restaurants and a church that are not too far. Quite a bit of walk from the entrance to the unit we stayed at. There are stairs on the side of units, and you can walk to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Taal. The place is quiet and at night you can just relax on the balcony looking out to Taal lake, enjoying coffee and an intimate conversation with your significant other. We saw several units that have a great view of Taal, so we'll definitely book one of those units when we visit Tagaytay again. Last but not the least, the staff at Estancia are friendly.

We have a pleasant stay on these hotel. They have a maintained facility. It is regretful that these hotel was not further developed. Overall, these hotel is highly recommended for staycation.

The location was lovely. There was a nearby Korean store and also a burger shop which is walking distance. A lil bit further and you are able to visit fruit stalls or other food options as well. I was lucky to have been given a free upgrade with a better view which I am very thankful for! Also note, should you bring more than 2 pax, you will need to pay extra at the desk. I believe it was 500pesos per person. It was still a good deal. Parking is available however limited as you are parking into a sort of housing parking spot. Nevertheless, enjoyed the stay here with my family and def would be back again should I visit the city.

We had a relaxing weekend stay. Location is good. Hotel amenities quite old but was ok , hope there was a free access to the game room though everything has fees. 😅 The pool was nice but crowded at during peak hours ... Others are not hotel guest but residential guests. Breakfast was delicious but limited options

The place was incredible! The food was amazing, and there were so many fun things to do. Just a heads up, there aren’t any private bathrooms, but the one they have is huge and clean.

The hotel's location is very convenient - in the city center, accessible by public transport. There is underground parking available. The room was very spacious and the aircon was working well. A good place to stay for business travellers or attendees of local seminars/trainings/event. Value for money.

The room is clean, there are disposable supplies, the room has a bit of a damp smell, but the rest is okay. Breakfast has few choices, but is filling. The best thing is that there is a free shuttle service from nearby parks. If you need to go to any nearby company, a car will be there at any time. There are supermarkets and outlet stores just a few minutes away, making shopping convenient.

Highly recommended resort! From the bed to the entire property to the breakfast buffet. Will definitely go back! And we were upgraded to Palmera Glass Suite which is a more expensive villa than the one we originally booked. We were taken care of and the toiletries were just so amazing

My third time in aquaria but first time staying overnight and it did not disappoint. Casobe just keeps on improving everytime we go back and its services never fail. We loved the cocoons, its good for stayinf overnight you wont really need a big room coz your out to play in aquaria and beach, but they made the cocoons so cozy and complete with towels, kettle , toiletries and coffee. Level up glamping i guess 😅 the shower and toilet is a common access but we didnt have any hassle at all it was clean! We'll definitely come back!

The whole room is clean. Staff are all well -accomodating. No id policy is good to avoid unwanted guests. Location is great. To step up more ;change old slippers to new ones. use toothpaste in sachet... mini tube toothpaste is too little... use some fragrant air freshners in the room.. change the shower.. it sprinkled too little water which makes bath uncomfortable. Above all, This hotel deserve my 3 .5 stars out of 5.
