Good location and good service.. we all 6 persons stayed at the hotel for 4 nights alternately. Our luggage stored at the hotels safety. They helped us to book cub and prepared the breakfast for us at 5:30am before morning time. Absolutely, thank you very much for all staffs including in the Kitchen. Besides, the roof of my hotel is very amazing that you can see the Acropolis all days. The sunset around the Acropolis is extremely beautiful.

Hotel location is impeccable, just near Constitution Square, good security, you can walk to all the main attractions! Hotel facilities are relatively new, the staff is warm and thoughtful, although the breakfast style is not changed every day, but the quality of the meal is very good and the quality is solid. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel has the first day to send mineral water. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no mineral water for the next three days. Because locals are used to drinking faucet water and the room is equipped with a coffee machine, they do not specially prepare a kettle, if you want to drink hot water, hot tea, you can use the coffee machine to boil water.

This gem of a hotel in the port is fantastic. Tasteful furnished, roomy and very clean it has everything you need to a stay before boarding a cruise. We arrived very late at night and were greeted warmly and were checked in in no time. The WiFi is free and fast and the included buffet breakfast was very welcome. I would certainly stay again if I was boarding a cruise which is just a short walk away.

Plaka Hotel offers an excellent location right in the heart of Athens, with great value for money. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, boasting amazing views of the Acropolis. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, and while the hotel isn’t luxurious, it provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a good location, a five-minute walk from the subway station. There are supermarkets and several coffee shops nearby, as well as a sushi restaurant. There is a little more traffic nearby, so it can be a little noisy at night and early in the morning.

Modern, neat and clean hotel. Very decent sized rooms and well equipped with everything that you would need. Free pickups to and from the airport. Location wise. Apart from the proximity of the airport, there is nothing that you can do around here. Everything is about 25 minutes away towards the city. Food at the restaurant is as good but the chicken breast that we ordered was very dry and as it got colder, it started getting stringy. Fish and chips was good. In the room, mini bar, tea and coffee and good amenities. The shower is placed in an odd place being across the bath tub so it was a bit confined. Apart from that, all was as good as it gets. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting for a short stay or transferring.

The hotel was in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere including to the acropolis, lots of bars coffee shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel was very good lots of choices.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Hotel was about 10 mins walk from the Victoria metro station. Along the way, there are many shops and cafes, making it a very pleasant walk. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a lift and was able to provide kettle and cups upon request. It was a good sized room, was spacious and clean same as the bathroom. Wifi was strong and the heater was nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay.

What made our stay truly memorable was the outstanding staff: Mrs. Kalliopi (Front Desk Receptionist) – She warmly upgraded our room, recommended some of the best dining experiences in Athens, and even made reservations for us. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel so welcome. Ms. Irini Pasalidou (Housekeeping) – She kept our room spotless, replaced towels and toiletries promptly, and greeted us every morning with a smile. Her dedication, efficiency, and kindness made us feel right at home. Breakfast Team: Stavros & Marilena – Their smiles and attentive service brightened each morning. Stavros always served fresh orange juice as soon as we sat down, while Marilena ensured the buffet was well stocked and the tables were clean. Their dedication and hard work made breakfast a delightful experience. Because of these wonderful team members, our visit to Athens was exceptionally enjoyable and comfortable. The 8th and 9th floors of the hotel, as well as the rooftop breakfast area (which is also the top floor), offer direct views of the Parthenon. Plus, the infinity pool on the rooftop is perfect for photos! Probably because there are so many guests (and many rooms), after calling the front desk, service takes a long time to arrive (sometimes I even had to directly ask a housekeeper in the hallway for what I needed). The room facilities are quite old. Around noon, the front desk gets swamped with guests checking out. On another note, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the old town every hour on the dot.
