Booked Novotel at AKL airport since it was the closest hotel. Room was fantastic and since we had a flight out the next day, saved a lot of stress of getting a shuttle bus with our bags. The room was furnished with a very comfortable bed and bathroom was huge. Even though the AKL airport runway was visible from the room, due to double pane glass windows, we did not hear sounds of jets taking off or landing. Highly recommended if staying to catch early flight out to save time and hassle

All aspects of the hotel are acceptable, but please pay attention to the issue of refund A deposit of 150 yuan is required at check-in. When you swipe your credit card, you are asked whether you want to spend or pre-authorize. Check out to confirm that there is no loss deduction, and no refund will be seen after five days, call to ask, saying that the operation failed when refunding, and ask me if I have another card I didn’t argue too much and provided another card number, but obviously, my card is always easy to use, and why not contact the customer if the refund fails? They have phone and email Guests staying please keep the check-in date and room number, so as to avoid similar situations, you can make it clear

I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which offered a great selection of local and international dishes. The food was tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff was also friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a neat, well-equipped hotel. It was little far from airport , but there is a yellow bus which connects airport and hotels every specific intervals.

Delux room is perfect, staffs are cooperative, decent environment, highly recommended. Positive points pick/drop services are available. Suggestions: try to check the room as queen room have shower tap issues ,small issues but hopefully solve it; also provide water , spoons in each room. Overall rate 5/5.

I am very thankful got to stay at Airport Kiwi Motel as I left my bag on the yellow bus and reception gentleman helped me to track it back for me wothout missing anything. The room is spacious and cups and bowls with other kitchen items are very helpful and clean. just that i heard neighour room's noise like kids talking and adult snooring :D I will book again if i need to change flights in short days.

The room was wonderful but the best part of the stay was the incredible helpfulness of the staff. She was from Nepal and her name was candita- I’m sorry I don’t remember it accurately. She took the time to help me order an Uber and suggested the haka demonstration at the museum. Her bright smile and helpfulness made my trip so much better

The hotel have an open kitchen, good to communicate with my boys while cooking. The hotel also have washing machine and dryer, very convenience for long staying. The hotel staffs are friendly. The room service is by requested on or before noon time one day before. We forgot to request 2 days, the dirty towels like a small mountain in the bathroom. I called the house keeping 10 times and only got 1 time had been answered. I need to go down to the reception to get the salt , pepper, dish wash detergent, towels etc. There is only one air-con unit in the living room, bedrooms doesn't have, the fans in the bedrooms are not working properly.

Excellent choice if you are traveling with kids.  The room was very clean and well equipped.  The kids loved their own separate sleeping area which had a single bed and a bunk bed that is capable of housing up to 4 kids.  Room price included a complimentary visit to the top of the sky tower.
