The hotel itself can be considered a tourist attraction. I strongly recommend booking a sea view room. It will be super photogenic in good weather! The room is well equipped, but the mini bar is charged and only the first bottle of water is free. The bedding is very comfortable and everything is complete.
The breakfast options are very rich, and the taste is the most comfortable one I had during the 10-day stay in Portugal. I was lucky enough to sit by the window, which was really a great experience!
The staff are all very warm and friendly, especially the customer service lady who is so sweet!
I stayed here on my first solo trip/my birthday. The hotel was perfect and the staff were lovely & helpful! They offered suggestions on places to visit and things to do. I even got a surprise bottle of prosecco and cake delivered to my room on my birthday morning! Very quiet & peaceful area, with so many places nearby (10 min walk or less) but if you don’t feel like exploring, the poolside area, spa & rooftop bar could be more then enough. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options too. 10/10 from me!
In winter it wasn't very busy. There was only one employee at the reception. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. But the breakfast was really, really good. Lots of choice and very tasty. Unfortunately we didn't try out the other facilities like the pool and sauna. The room was very nice and clean. The location is good. There is a beach and a good hiking trail right behind the resort. But you always have to drive or take a taxi to the resort. Room service was available if you wanted to order food spontaneously.
Very cost-effective, two adults and one small occupancy, free parking, breakfast for three, a bottle of red wine, extra bed for children, only 1200, during our entire trip, it was a good value for money
Decent Stay, but Could Be Better for a 4-Star Hotel
The Good:
• Location: The hotel is in a great spot—just an 8-minute walk from train Station and only 10 minutes by taxi to the airport, making it very convenient for travelers.
• Breakfast: One of the best parts of our stay! A great selection of food, and the addition of a piano playing in the background made for a lovely atmosphere.
The Not-So-Good:
• Bathroom Issues: Unfortunately, the bathroom had a bad smell, which we believe was caused by water collecting under the floor for a long time. The shower design was also frustrating, as water would leak out onto the bathroom and toilet floors. Additionally, the ventilation fan didn’t seem to work well, which made the smell worse.
• Construction Noise: This was a major issue. There was loud construction work from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., making it nearly impossible to relax in the hotel during the day.
• The overall entrance to the hotel didn’t feel like a typical hotel—it was busy and had a commercial feel, more like entering a shop or mall.
We’d rate it 3/5. While the location and breakfast were great, the bathroom issues, construction noise, made it feel below 4-star standards. With better maintenance and some upgrades, this hotel could be much better!

The location is a 20-minute drive from Albufeira. It has two outdoor swimming pools, all-inclusive food and drinks, and a great experience. It is more suitable for families with children because there are many activities for children. The restaurant tastes Western style and there are three restaurants.
Overall it's good, the whole hotel is very new, the room is quite big and the hygiene is very good, but maybe because it is a new hotel, the room has a smell. The hotel's outdoor swimming pool is nice and the hotel dinner is also very cost-effective. However, if the air conditioner in the room is turned on high, it will be noisy, and it is also troublesome to contact the front desk. There were several times when I made many calls but no one answered. The cleaning staff don't speak English and need to use google translate to communicate, but they are still very nice.
Amazing! Highlighting the excellent service and availability on the part of David Dias, Carina Gomes and SR. George. Thank you very much! We will definitely be back!
Very confusing building planing,no map in elevators. All walls and corridors needs immediate repair. Hotel in overall is《tired》, it is screaming for the renovation in corridors. I rate cleanniness low only because of this. Swimming pools are all 1,5 m deep. Hotel is not suitable for couples, highly suggesting to search for other options. It is suitable for families with kids.
Restaurants... we booked dinner in Pizzeria. Diavola pizza with 5 small pieces of sausages... Have you run out of ingredients?!
The hotel is a beautiful one, no doubt about it, but there are a few things that I wasn't happy with.
It is like most things you need to pay for. Needed to iron my clothes, I was told that I needed to pay for the service due to safety issues. Will get my stuff in 48 hours. If I wanted it earlier, I had to pay more. To get to the beach, I was i formed that I need to pay for a ferry to get me across... all this should have been said before a persons book. The hotel is a secluded, nice area. In order to navigate a taxi is a must unless one wants to walk for 30 minutes in the scrotching sun to catch the train or bus. Uber service is better than the taxi you would get from the airport as it is costly.
The food was good, in terms of variety ilI would say no, but it terms of taste yes great. Kudos to the chef. Staff are very helpful and understanding. Some drinks, however, are watered down. I love pina Colada, but wow, i had no clue what I got there.
Apart from that, I had a lovely stay, entertainment, the rooftop, top superb ( was there every evening).

LLaurentThis hotel is very recent. Beautiful, elegant and well-equipped in terms of services. What doesn't strike us as normal, however, is the lack of little touches for a hotel in this category. No shampoo, no q-tips, just the same gel for washing hands and in the shower. No shower cap. An empty fridge bar. We appreciate the coffee machine and the bottle of water, but one normal coffee capsule and 3 decaffeinated coffee capsules... not logical...
We asked for a room with a bath when we booked (we were ”upgraded” without any request on our part, on a ”marina” view, but with a shower.
As we are not very nice customers, we didn't say anything.
The bedding is good. The pillows are quite thick, which can be uncomfortable for people with sensitive necks. 3 cushions are available, but they are all very dense.
The road is very noisy, subject to a few car rodeos at night.
I've heard that the rooftop is noisy in November, but fortunately this is not the case.
The staff are friendly and respond to requests.
The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, but for the evening menu, this type of buffet seems less attractive, but will surely please some people.
The spa is very good, at 12.5 euros for one hour (equipped swimming pool, sauna, hammam, etc.).
There is a car park at the hotel for 6 euros a night, but free parking is available 200m from the hotel by the beach.
All in all, then, this is a fine hotel with a lot of potential, but some details clearly need to be reviewed to make it really nice.
Yyanlily9999The room has a large sanitary area and complete facilities. The breakfast is great. Except for the sound of the mattress, others can be improved. I will come again in the future.
HHumsCakeLoveGreat location, about 10 mins walk to Lagos Old Town and the Lagos Marina. Lots of nice eateries nearby. Emmanuel from the front desk was very helpful to us and showed us the way clearly, recommended some good pastry shops as well. The staff that delivered our dental kits to the room was super unfriendly though.. maybe he just doesn’t like us haha. You can actually get lost in this hotel as it was quite a maze. However the fixtures were so dated and old. The wardrobe in my room was so old it felt like it was going to collapse anytime. There was also a weird super strong chlorine smell in the room and it didn’t dissipate even after a day. Sigh, we realised it could be from the day curtains as they likely had washed it with bleach to remove stains or something.. my husband made a fuss and wanted to change rooms but the hotel seemed full house with tour groups from France, UK and more. Breakfast spread was ok, same food was served for the 2 nights that I stayed. Would be great if they can do some maintainence works such as repainting the entire building. Doors of rooms should be changed too as they were so hard to open and close - you’ll be hearing guests slamming doors to close all the time! Very strange why all of these improvisations were not done when travel was not permitted during COVID times. The hotel would be an absolute beauty otherwise.

this was our second trip my first trip was last year in the same hotel and it was the best three years we had spent in any hotel we loved the hotel and everything from service to food location everything but this time we were treated horribly at the reception the perrsonal at the reception was the worst a hotel should have as the first contact first of all they gave us seperate bed to a couple and wheen we asked the beds to be joined the reception personal after half an hour waiting for somebdy to come and join the beds told us and that too in the worst possible way that the housekeeping will come when they have time the worst experience anybdy can have in t¡a hotel where u have booked a second time for the treatment u have had earlier i will not recommend anybdy to book this hotel i dont know it was because we booked through trip .com because they treated us real badi am really hurt by the treatment given by the reception staff to a paying client
YYUEBreakfast buffet is super invincible and delicious! Especially fruit selection is especially great! The hotel will take the initiative to help parking is free. Hotel dinner is not recommended for single or buffet, the taste is very general, the ingredients are not too fresh. The sea view room has a beautiful sunrise view of the sea on the west side of the sunrise. Also saw the double rainbow! The on-site walking trail is also very convenient to walk to the sandy beach of Sao Rafeal. In the morning, it is empty and there is no one, just like enjoying a private beach. The only downside is that the spa is charged separately by number of people, and the free swimming pool also has to buy a swimming cap to enter.
HHaerdeyidongchengbaohemiqiuLagos is a nice town. The hotel is a relatively large resort hotel in the area. It is like a three-star hotel in Hainan. It is similar to an apartment suite. The bedroom is next to the corridor, which is noisy in the peak season. There are not many people in the off-season. There is free parking around, but because we are afraid of scratches, we still spend 12 euros to park in the underground hotel exclusive parking lot. Don't worry! The breakfast is good, probably because it is a resort hotel. The swimming pool is very good.
