Main lobby at level 1 and there is another entrance on 15th floor which will lead to the road nearer to Sapa Station. Along this road it has many shops and restaurants. Moana is also nearby. Breakfast has many varieties. Staff are friendly. Bed is comfortable and shower pressure is great. Do not need air conditioning as outdoor is 5 degrees. Can walk to Sapa station.

They pampered us with their hot chocolate welcome drink and offered to let us explore the 7th floor where their Instagrammable swimming pool is located. We accepted n loved it! It was empty as much guests have checked out. We booked the Classic Twin Room thru trip.com to celebrate our friendsary of 23years and we were spoilt by the hotel de la coupole mcgallery’s manager, Grace. She upgraded our room to superior twin room that comes with an extra balcony and gave us a lovely sweet treats and fruit platter 🥰🥰❤️🔥❤️🔥 The bathroom was huge and they even took special efforts to decorate our room. Special thank you to the team who put up this! Your exceptional hospitality surprised us n made it so memorable for us 🥹🤩🥳 Our room no. was 625 and we could see hues of the sunrise from the balcony. Bed was exceptionally comfy and room was warm and cosy despite the cold winter. This was such an awesome staycation and memorable friendsary celebration. We went to the bar during 9+ for a drink and to take beautiful photos of it. So much to do if you love photo taking. Many more instragrammable worthy spots in the hotel lobby and 10th floor. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet on the 10th floor in their Chic restaurant. This hotel amazes me with their interior and details paid to their decoration. Astounding! Please take time to enjoy the breakfast and taking photos outside the restaurant. Would highly recommend this luxurious hotel if you’re here in sapa!

although the weather was not desirable while we were there, our stay at pistachio hotel was amazing. it is close enough to main sapa town (access though the first floor). the reception is on the 6th floor. the service staff were very friendly though we did not interact much. we booked a superior room but were upgraded to the deluxe room at check in, which came with a balcony. a pity we could not enjoy any views as it was foggy throughout our 2 nights there. we could only imagine the view. we can also see the funicular tracks from sapa station to the cable car station. the decor of the hotel is very modern. the room was very clean and spacious. amenities given were more than sufficient. beds were comfortable. the hotel breakfast is also a nice spread. the hotel does provide umbrellas if it is raining (subject to availability). the infinity pool looked like it would be amazing if only the weather would cooperate! overall highly recommended

My stay with Bamboo Sapa was nothing short of excellent from the time we checked in, which was about 5am to the time we checked out. All hotel staff were wonderful. We booked a tour that started at 8am and had to forgo breakfast for a little rest before. Thought I’d just grab a piece of bread and on the way in the cafe, a staff approached me to ask my room no. and sit me down but I explained that we had to rush off for a tour and wanted to just grab and go. And she insisted we packed some food. Got us a takeaway box and even packed us some orange juice to go! I knew immediately she was Julie from the many raving reviews I read about her, I recognized her immediately even though we have never met! Her reputation precedes her and I am amazed at how helpful and proactive she was. She helped with lending us an adaptor and a phone cable, recommended good restaurants and a driver to bring us around. A gem of an employee she is!

A Memorable Stay at Pao’s Sapa I recently stayed at Pao’s Sapa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, offering every amenity one could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient. I can’t recommend Pao’s Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

Good find, near a lot of places. We have to do early check in since our bus arrived at 4am, they asked us to pay 50k vnd which i think is fair since it’s almost 12 hrs from our check in time. Rooms are spacious, complete toiletries, breakfast is ok, just have to go early because some foods may no longer be available to be made near the closing time. They have a spot where you can take photos with Sa Pa Views

They even helped us to book taxi when needed and guides us on places that we want to visit since we do DIY! Anyway! Thanks to all the staff specially Ms Selena and Mr Tin ! Located in close proximity to Sapa Square, SunWorld Plaza, CatCat Village, Stone Church, Ham Rong Park, Sapa Lake and Moang Hua there are plenty of restaurants in the area too. The views are spectacular of the valleys and mountains from the mountain view rooms. There was a decent variety for breakfast with again some excellent views! It was cold in January but fortunately the AC also offers heating in nice sized rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

The input is maybe if you stay more than 1 night, the room can be cleaned every day because yesterday we stayed 3d2n but it was not cleaned. Thank you

Of all my travel experiences, this hotel has one of the best views . The service of these hotel staff is execlent . Although it's AI, if you need help, they have a ready staff to assist you . The receptionist and staff are very friendly n always ready to help n assist you . I highly recommend this place for staying if you visit sapa. I will come here to stay on my next visit t

The room is expensive, the room is tiny. It's modern but the room is so small for this price, it's not worth it. This small room is in Hanoi and Sapa, I only stayed for about 500 during Tet holiday. I'm a business traveler, traveling both domestically and internationally a lot but I swear it's not worth it. Not to mention when booking the room, I chose a room with 1 single bed. When I got the room, they arranged me a tiny room with 2 single beds. And when I asked to change it, they said ”please help me change the room”. Oh, I booked the wrong room, you're going to give me the wrong room, I need your help? The promotional price is still almost 800k. While it doesn't include breakfast, I have to buy an additional 95k/breakfast. Oh my gosh, there are pho noodles, fried rice, fried noodles, white porridge, but the only side dishes are smoked meat and fried sausage. Everything else is gone. When I ate it was 8:35am. Breakfast time is from 6-10am. When I ate, there were still many people eating with me. Overall, it was terrible. I advise everyone not to come. And I will never come back. I was going to record a video of the room but I didn't. The only plus point is that it is modern and clean.

The hotel is very nice. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We are a family of three with a baby. It is very quiet at night, especially the room service. The front desk has arranged the room.

Checking in process was a hassle, as I booked VIP room, but it registered as a suite. However, staff had good problem solving skills, and one guy offered tea for the trouble. Staff are attentive. Room (suite) is spacious enough for a 4 star. Good selection of drinks provided in the room. One toothpaste was dried out, though. Furniture was old fashioned. Bed was average, pillows not very comfortable. Location was great for entertainment, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the suite had poor soundproof design. Hens woke us up at 3am. Could hear pretty much the slightest of noise outside. Overall, decent for the location. Major issue is the soundproof design. Not for light sleepers.

The hotel is located opposite the train/bus station. You can take the bus here when traveling to SAPA or Hanoi. There are no shopping malls or parks nearby, and the living facilities are insufficient. I chose this hotel because I had to take a bus to Hanoi the next morning. It is about 3 kilometers to the Red River Port. Fruits are cheap near the port. A coconut costs 25,000 VND. Other places in Lao Cai sell for 30,000 to 35,000 VND. The park in the main city of Lao Cai is beautiful and you can go shopping. There are many shops near the park. I bought a 6-inch pizza from the store, which was delicious.

The hotel is clean. There is a miniature landscape area for those who love virtual life to check in. I arrived in the evening and left early the next morning, so I couldn't take any virtual life photos.

Excellent location, there are many snack bars, coffee shops and entertainment on the nearby street. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, clean and hygienic. Chinese people need to take their documents (do not understand), check out and wait for the hotel staff to check the room before returning the documents.

In the new district to the south of the old street, the terrain is high and the view is wide. The room has a domestic four-star level. Downstairs entertainment, bars, mainly Chinese consumers. Traffic is slightly inconvenient, and there are cars at the door. Vietnam is dominated by motorcycles.

I enjoyed this hotel, I wished the shower was more warm but it wasn’t cold. Reception was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. I had a motorcycle rental and they had a covered garage so that was a bonus!
