The service quality can be described as extraordinary, including welcome reception, private transportation, free park tickets, assistance with rides, etc. The service quality alone is satisfying. Stay in a Naruto-themed room, which is clean, spacious, fully decorated and comes with free gifts. Dinner and breakfast use local specialty ingredients from Awaji Island. Overall, it can be described as a great satisfaction for body, mind and soul. If I come to Awaji Island again, I will definitely visit again.

Fantastic view of the harbor from the hotel room, which is located next to a water front park. The hotel is a bit classic but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for my family on our one day visit to Kobe.

When I arrived at the hotel at night, the female staff greeted me politely. It was relatively quiet nearby. There was free parking. The room was large and the wash basin was outside. There was no bathtub in the bathroom. It was clean and tidy. The male staff were also polite in the morning. Good. I hope to come again.

Great stay in a very clean hotel typical of japanese business hotel. Perfect for solo traveller. Everything in room is well thought of. No aircon in winter. But there is window. Bus stop right in front of hotel will bring you to kone sannomiya train station ! Highly recommended.

It is directly connected to JR Amagasaki Station, so you can get there without getting wet in the rain, and there is also a shopping mall called Q's Mall, so it is very convenient for shopping. The room was cleaned nicely. There were also facilities such as a coin laundry. The breakfast also had a ”local cuisine corner”, and on the day I went there were some unusual dishes such as soba meshi (a combination of yakisoba and fried rice), which was interesting. The food corner was a little small, but they were well-organized and had a decent selection of items. I will definitely use it again when there is an event in Amagasaki

The shuttle bus is only a one-way inconvenience. It is very convenient to go to the cable car station. There is no milk in the vending machine, but there is beer. Free dandan noodles are provided for midnight snacks. The room is large and comfortable, but there is no bathing facility. The hot spring is comfortable and has a historical introduction.

I recently stayed at the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel during my visit to the Kobe Exhibition, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute subway ride to the exhibition center, with a direct line making the journey straightforward and hassle-free. The hotel's proximity to the subway is a major plus, offering seamless travel around the city. Notably, there's only one line change required to get to Osaka, making it convenient for day trips or additional business meetings. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a plethora of restaurants catering to all tastes, ensuring you won't go hungry. Additionally, there's a massage center nearby, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. For those traveling by night buses, the station is conveniently close, making late-night travel plans easy to manage. While the hotel amenities were generally good, I did miss the availability of free coffee, which would have been a nice touch. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay. Book a female dorm room for 4 people, but I was alone so have the room for myself. The bed is futon style, a thin foam and then the futon mattress itself. We get a new white sheet upon check in. There's a thin full body mirror, small rack for suitcases and personal belongings, but if you need to, there's also safe box near staff room. The female dorm room is on the 2nd floor, next to the shared kitchen so you can kinda hear other guests cooking or working on their laptop with the wifi. You can have your coffe, tea, cup ramen and even light cooking is allowed as they provided the pans, and also some seasonings. The sink and the toilet is next to it, hairdryers are available and the toilet has bidet seat. The shower room are on the b1f floor, which a little bit of hassle because you have to pass the staff room everytime. You can wash & dry you clothes too in the utility room next to it, but I dont know if they charge or not. Another kitchen and TV room is also here. Rental towels, bath robe, one time use shaver are also available. Over all a pleasant place if you only looking to for a place to sleep, and wash your self. It's 5 minutes walk from Oishi station. There's a small river near too which also a nice place for a small walk.
