The only best hotel in Indramayu, I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives if they stay in Indramayu.

Booked non-smoking room. Was given rooms on level 9th floor, which is a flexible floor where guests can smoke. I have asked what if there’s still smoke smell, the receptionist convince me that they ozone the rooms so shouldn’t have any smell. Room only ready at around 4pm (check-in starts at 2pm). Once i went in, the cigaratte smells was so strong, the staffs immediately sprayed deodorizer. Left the room, come back at 10pm, same smell. Called the service, no reply, called again to receptionist immediay ask to change room. They wanted to ozone the room again. It’s freaking 10pm, mind you. The guy ozone came and asked me whether i wasn’t aware with the floor flexibility. Mind you, i am paying for NON SMOKING ROOM, NOT FLEXIBLE ROOM. This hotel is a joke.

Love Ayola Hotel Cikarang. The room is adequate for 2. Amenities are limited but enough for basic needs. We love the small gym, although some equipments need to be replace/fix. The AC in our room is cool and we are happy with it. We shall be back if we happen to be in the area.

Stayed in Harris Convemtion for 3 days 2 nights. Overall from check-in process all is good and smooth., stqff are friendly and helpful. Hotel was linked to Festival Mall. Loation of hotel is accessible to Pasar Bsru, Bandung Train Station. Breakfast buffet spread they change the menu everyday!! Overall all is good🙂

the room was clean. the service was great. the staff was nice. especially the guard at the swimming pool named ‘Hadis’, he helped us find our transportation to go to Jakarta. the food was really good. none of the food is disappointing. i was very much amazed by the sparkling water dispenser. the location was very photographable. alot of beautiful scenery to take pictures with.

I will not stay in this hotel if I have a chance to visit Karawan in upcoming trips. Got some mosquitos in Japanese restaurant and in my room. The bar service is nice. They offer us free three pots of hot teas while we were making an internal meeting. The food served in the morning was too local. No real coffee. Eating places and food serving place are too far away.

The stay was comfortable, and the rooms and bathroom were relatively clean. Pick the grand deluxe room facing golf course for best view. However, exploring the nearby areas on foot can be challenging due to the narrow roads, so taking a Bluebird taxi is the best option for getting around. I especially loved the heated infinity pool, which stays open until 9 PM—a great way to unwind. The only downside was the limited vegetarian and vegan-friendly options on the restaurant menu.

the room is too noisy because all room facing open space which have rstaurant/cafe in downstair. At late night a lot of guess talking and laugh very louder and asking the hotel staff to control, but the hotel staff cant do anything

Been having staycation there for the longest time. Calm quiet location with the most friendly and helpful staff who remembers me even it was a year ago that I visited them. Close by to Ikea or Aeon mall where you can have your shopping and dinning crave satisfied.

Good location with lots of food choice nearby. Easy to get a grab to any where.
