The rooms and hotel is very clean and new. Love the spread of breakfast buffet.

Booked non-smoking room. Was given rooms on level 9th floor, which is a flexible floor where guests can smoke. I have asked what if there’s still smoke smell, the receptionist convince me that they ozone the rooms so shouldn’t have any smell. Room only ready at around 4pm (check-in starts at 2pm). Once i went in, the cigaratte smells was so strong, the staffs immediately sprayed deodorizer. Left the room, come back at 10pm, same smell. Called the service, no reply, called again to receptionist immediay ask to change room. They wanted to ozone the room again. It’s freaking 10pm, mind you. The guy ozone came and asked me whether i wasn’t aware with the floor flexibility. Mind you, i am paying for NON SMOKING ROOM, NOT FLEXIBLE ROOM. This hotel is a joke.

I am a returning client for many years. Location is the best esp close to food restaursnt, pool and Lippo Salak as well as to Industrial areas. Stagg are friendly.

The service from all the staff was excellent everyone was friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to any request. One of the highlights of this hotel is definitely the view, creating a serene and beautiful atmosphere throughout the stay.

Been having staycation there for the longest time. Calm quiet location with the most friendly and helpful staff who remembers me even it was a year ago that I visited them. Close by to Ikea or Aeon mall where you can have your shopping and dinning crave satisfied.

Good location with lots of food choice nearby. Easy to get a grab to any where.

Since it is a new hotel, everything was clean and comfortable. It is directly connected to the Pakuwon Shopping Mall next door, so you can go shopping without getting wet even if it rains. There are many restaurants, so I think it is the best location in Bekasi. Also, the Revo Shopping Mall next door, about 30 meters away, is a little old, but it is directly connected to the station and is more comfortable than a taxi if you are going to Jakarta. There was construction work going on at the hotel next door late at night, so the noise woke me up several times, but I think that is just a problem for now. Also, there are no convenience stores nearby, so there is no place to shop late at night.

stayed 1 night for business trip. stayed in 707. everything was good. the only minus point was the internet signal is always on & off. i thought maybe the room is far out on the corner of the building, so maybe the internet signal couldnt reach our room properly. bf was good. continental + indonesian food mostly. good job novotel. would stay here again for sure.

Good service, specially for breakfast We are enjoy stay in hotel the mirah, they has cafe with nice coffee. we will expect to repeat booking. Good luck the mirah hotel

Enjoyed my stay here. I celebrated wedding anniversary and inform the hotel, they prepared cake, decor and even free upgrade! Got a problem with balcony door that cannot shut properly and cause the AC wouldn’t on. Called the housekeeping and they came 15 minutes later to fix it. Warm pool is only small area for children, so don’t expect too much but my baby enjoyed her swim! Want to try the Mad cow, unfortunately it is closed on Monday.
