Hotels With Airport pickup service in Delhi, India

Hotel is close to the airport, room was really acceptable with hot water shower, but the room was a little cold. I asked them to arrange taxi pick up, and the taxi was a little rude asking why I don't just take a taxi already at the airport. Upon arrival, they overcharged me for both taxi and room but I was too tired to argue with them (taxi should be 200, I paid 800, room should have been 1650 rupees, but in total I paid 3500 inc taxes).

Booked an Uber to get there. The start was not very good Driver said I would need 50 ruppie to pay for parking or something for the hotel at the door. At the gate, I didn't have any Indian ruppie cash with me, so I gave him $1 usd. He wasn't happy but no other choice. Had no idea what it was about. Arrived and checked in early. The receptionist asked me to sit and wait for 5 mins. I waited for nearly an hour and finally decided to come and asked. The room was ready long ago. He just totally forgot about me. Saw a lady staff just walked around asking and leading other customers to the desk (kinda useless since she couldn't do checking in). At least, welcoming drink would be nice.( we saw drinking tap and wondering should we asked for it) The room was good size. Clean and tidy. No bathrobe. Nice breakfast and dinner. A lot of security to get back to the hotel every time. Kinda good and bad at the same time. Restaurants and shops next door on the left (walking to Aerocity shop)

A really easy option for an over night stay in Delhi, close to the airport. Quick check in, comfortable beds. Rooms are a little tired but still adequate for the stay. Breakfast buffet is excellent. A good range of options. The fresh dosa are a must try!!!

Modern high-standard rooms, clean room, close to airport, high security, spacious room, bathroom with bath, friendly staff, immediate airport shuttle, near airport, clean linen and bed - I was struggling finding a decent hotel close to the airport because many cheap hotels put their location at aerocity while being located somewhere else and misleading people with wrong pictures - while this hotel is obviously more costly for Indian averages, it felt like being in the West and good value for the money overall - great for stopover after or before flying from Delhi airport

I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel. For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.  I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night.  By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge. Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view.  There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors.

Quality of food is good, location, room are excellent, Fantastic room, super comfortable, great amenities, super helpful staff. If you want to stay somewhere very nice on the way to or from the airport, this is a great option.

The Park Hotel New Delhi boasts clean and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the location and customer service are excellent, the breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options and better availability of beverages. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement in the dining experience.

Nice clean little hotel located near New Delhi train station and not far from Paharganj. You probably can't find better hotels in the area for the price. If hygiene is an important factor to you in choosing a hotel, this is it. It's not squeaky clean, but you will be surprised when you see it. The room is a bit small, but if you're a solo traveler, the space is sufficient, at least to me. Breakfast is good, all Indian style. 작지만 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 파하르간지가 가깝고 교통이 편리한곳에 위치해 있어서 tuktuk driver 와 말싸움을 할필요 없이 조그만 걸으면 열차나 지하철을 이용해서 원하는 목적지까지 무난하게 갈수가 있습니다. 방은 작지만 1층에 아담한 courtyard 가 있어서 필요하면 조용히 앉아서 쉴수도 있고 커피(free, instant, but tasty)를 마시며 친구와 이야기를 나눌수 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 아침식사는 인도식이어서 우리의 입맛에는 맞지않지만 안심하고 먹어도 되는 수준입니다.

Fantastic hotel, ultra modern, super cool vibes, nice room with a funky shower room! Breakfast was great, good variety and they also make you various omelettes to order, all included in the breakfast buffet! Staff are attention and helpful, would defo stay here again and highly recommend it! Coming from London and seeing a hotel like this, loved it!

The breakfast was nice & as expected in such a hotel, but what stood out for me was the staff that was taking care of everyone. They were all extremely polite & helpful. Building next to it had a food court in the basement. Just hope that the check in process can be a bit smoother & faster, as there were multiple counters & there are people lining everywhere. Keep a standard line so everyone can get their stuff done one by one, rather than guessing which line to be in. And if someone from the hotel team can get in touch with Google + Uber, so that the proper drop off location at the entrance is shown on google maps, it would be very helpful Right now you end up at the back exit when you take an uber.

We stayed at Welcomehotel by ITC in Delhi for a single night, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-suited for business travelers, offering a comfortable and professional atmosphere. The buffet dinner and breakfast were impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The quality of food was excellent, making the dining experience enjoyable. A special mention to the reception staff, who were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Their warm hospitality made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for a short stay, especially for business travelers. Would definitely recommend it!

Hotel is very suitable for my business, Near airport and service is good.

Huge hotel . Perfect room with nice design, Big and comfortable . - long check in process . In the room was super super cold. The air conditioner was turned on at +29, but it felt like +16. I turned off the air conditioner, and the room stopped being ice only in the morning.

The hotel location is great but the entrance itself is not the easiest to find, as you have to find the staff who is stationed near the airport signboard (wearing the hotel shirt). Service staff is well-trained in procedures and facilities are pretty much no-frills, good enough for short overnight stay. Still waiting for deposit to be released by hotel for over 3 weeks, even though amount has already been prepaid.

Property's location is nice as it is situated away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic. A very large and maintained lawn. The food tastes good however if you are adding a meal package ***** with your stay, they would not give you options. Amenities are good but very costly like just an ice bucket would cost you Rs. 100- and a bottle of mineral water would cost you Rs. 180. Let's not get into the services part, all the staff is rude.

Reasonable service and facilities with price paid. Can’t expect fancy full fantasy however with charges paid okay. Need maintenance. May not suitable for international travelers. Quality comes with price.

We had two rooms booked. One was next to reception and throughout the night, the employees were watching videos on their mobiles and making a LOT of noise. Between 2 and 5am. We had to get up to ask them to be quiet. Second stay and the first was fine, but no benefit to stay if you can’t sleep before an early flight. We will be asking for a refund for one of the rooms

It’s cold, but the room is big.

Wonderful rooms, clean washroom and lenin. Every day housekeeping was there. Polite staffs. They even provide late night food
