We had an incredible stay at Athina Luxury Suites! We were here for part of our honeymoon and everything was so perfect. From the balcony breakfasts to the massages to the infinity pool and pool bar, it really was a dream. Walkable to town and transportation services available to everywhere else on the island. And porter services are a must with all the steps! Our room was beautiful and clean and comfortable to stay in and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thank you to everyone who is apart of the Athina Luxury Suites team!

Overall an amazing budget hotel that I could in no way fault. Great location. Short walk to the centre of Fira. From the hotel initially there is a steep incline but only lasts for about 10m from then on the walk is easy and takes less that 10 minutes. Rooms are lovely and clean. We were staying in a separate building about 20m from the hotel. On the roof of the building is a hot tub and sun beds available for guests to use. When we used it there was no one there so it felt like our own private area. Private patio outside our room was great too. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning is provided at no extra cost. Staff were lovely and at check in the receptionist provided us with a map and offered us guidance and information on santorini. Overall an amazing experience , if I was to go back to santorini I would 100% stay in this hotel again and I would highly recommend.

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

Great stay near the centre. Good location, everything is just within walking distance, groceries, cafes, bakery, restaurants and food is everywhere near. Room is very cosy, spotlessly clean & spacious.. Reception/ check-in was swift/efficient. I managed to get my rest and slept well, the bed is very comfortable. I recommend this to anyone who loves to be conveniently located within centre of Fira. Great local bakeries: EROTOKRITOS , MYLONAS, ZOTOS Cafes : STOA, VALES, COFFEE CLUB, GRAFFITI Great restaurants/ Taverns: KOKKALO, FAGITO, KYRA NIKH, PELICAN , HAVE YOUR COCKTAIL AT PALIAKAMENI, FACING CALDERA. I've been into Santorini since 2011, in all seasons, this being my 7th time. It is good to explore everywhere in this island, give yourself time to enjoy this magical place.

Staff at ambience suites were responsive and pleasant. Breakfast was provided and it was a decent spread. However, location was ~20mins walk from Fira main bus station (it says 10mins on gmaps but its uphill + we were carrying our luggages) so it was slightly inconvenient. Slightly noisy at night as well and the room does not use blackout curtains so the sun shines into the room at 6+ in the morning.

We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

The hotel was located in Oia Village with a great view of the world-famous blue domed church! We stayed in a cave room with a queen-sized bed with a curved ceiling. The bathroom floor was covered in black pebbles with no shower curtain/glass. However, it was spacious enough that you probably wouldn’t soak the whole bathroom when showering. The front desk staff and porters offered great customer service! They contacted us a few days before our reservation, offering us airport transfer services. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t that great, but they delivered it to our room each morning. Options included sandwiches, hard-boiled eggs, omelettes, fruit salad, etc. It was pretty basic. Overall, I think it was a great stay because of the exceptional view from the room.

Based on the other reviews, I think your mileage here may vary depending on which room you get. I do see that others who stayed in the same rooms (small, ground level, bedroom without door, only bathroom access through the second bedroom, etc.) also left poor reviews. The lodgings we had were sub par with old and broken furniture, extremely small and uncomfortable beds, external door which barely closed, and the constant overwhelming smell of sewage really made this a less than comfortable spot. There also is no TV if you care about that, but the wifi was excellent. There’s also zero view, which is a shame. Do not be swayed by the promise of a “hot tub.” It is an inflatable affair, and is not super clean. In addition, beware, there is a camera pointing right at it. The breakfast was good, but not a huge selling point for us. We ended up here as we booked rather last minute. Honestly, I really regret that, because considering the lack of comfort, lack of sleep because of the awful beds, the really horrid smell (I still think about that smell when I remember Santorini), and just the overall vibe of the place, it really detracted from the enjoyment of our vacation. In summary: The location is excellent, but the place is more than a little gross. In addition , the price wasn’t great for what we got. The moral of this story is book early, and look harder for better options.

A very, very good hotel! The driver who picked us up at the airport sent us to the location in Figure 1. The car can only drive here. The hotel owner came to pick us up in person. I guess the driver contacted the hotel owner after seeing the hotel we were going to, so he came to pick us up in advance. He helped us carry our luggage. We had to go up a few steps. It would be very difficult to carry the luggage without him. I wanted to give him a tip, but he didn't want it. After checking in, he asked us to fill in the breakfast dishes for tomorrow. Then he took out a tourist map and told us where the various attractions were and how long it would take to walk. He also took out a book to show us pictures of the ancient monuments. This honeymoon suite has a double bed and a sofa. The sofa is very wide. The sofa I slept on was as comfortable as the bed. The view from the balcony is beautiful!!! The water in the balcony bathtub is circulated day and night, warm, and my son didn't want to come out when swimming in it. In the morning, someone put breakfast on the balcony, set it up, and called us. It's amazing to eat breakfast while watching the sea view! It takes 20 minutes to walk to the blue-domed church in the town of Fira. I don't know how to take the bus. There are many black taxis in Fira town. It costs 30 euros for us to take a taxi to the black beach. You have to eat seafood in Santorini. This fresh seafood is completely different from the live shrimps bought in China! Their seafood has the freshness of the sea! However, standing on the hotel balcony to the left, you can see an open-air restaurant, which is actually a bar. Don't eat there. We waited for more than an hour before the food was served, and three dishes cost 92 euros, which was expensive and unpalatable. After we checked out, someone came to pick us up at the airport. But we didn't know where to wait, so the hotel owner personally took us to the location in the first picture. He was so nice! I took a photo as a souvenir, the second picture. I really recommend this restaurant!

This is easily the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. I booked a room for myself, my mum and 3 year old daughter as I was working in Santorini for a week. I booked through *********** and turned up only to find the hotel completely closed. Our taxi driver kindly called a number on the door and a cleaner came to meet us to tell us that we couldn't stay there that night but if we took a 10 min walk (this turned out to be 15 with luggage and toddler on Santorini streets) we could stay at a different hotel for one night then come back to Lignos the following day. I asked if we could have a taxi arranged for us, they refused and told us to walk. She then just left leaving us no choice but to walk as our taxi from the airport had already left by then. We arrived at the other hotel which incidentally happens to be the ones where the photographs of the pool are taken from, Lignos doesn't have one and should not be advertising itself so. I told the manager I was extremely unhappy to be put in this position and asked if we could stay in the new hotel for the duration of our trip rather than moving the following day which due to work I would have been unable to do. I was told no and so asked to speak with the owner of the hotel who screamed at me down the phone and told me my only options were to accept the new ”deal” they were offering us, apparently we were very lucky to be offered a night in the other hotel, or to have a full refund. I then went to find an alternative hotel which I managed to do within an hour and then called the owner back to confirm I wanted to go ahead with the refund. She told me I couldn't have one electronically and that it had to go back on the card I paid with however she was in Athens and therefore unable to process it. I told her that online banking should be an option and that I wanted to have the refund immediately especially seeing as I had now paid for an alternative hotel. She refused to continue speaking to me and wanted to be put on the phone to the manager, bearing in mind she was screaming at me the entire time and I hadn't raised my voice this was also incredibly unprofessional and rude. The manager told me to come back in 3 days time and I would be given my refund then, I told her I wanted this agreement in writing and she pretended to email both me and my mum several times with the agreement. Neither of us got any of the emails and she told us that our emails must be down. Very convenient. She also said we were no longer entitled to a full refund as had been agreed but that we would have to still pay the *********** fees for some reason. This is a separate issue that I have tried to take up with them and am yet to resolve as their customer service is beyond a joke. I am only giving this hotel one star as I don't have the option to go any lower. I cannot believe that an establishment like this can get away with taking money for bookings they do not honour and then have the audacity to be rud

Picked this hotel because of its location being a brief walk to town and arrived to discover a real treasure!! The hotel is decorated like an idyllic greek oasis and the view to the ocean and the sunset are amazing. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sunset which we made sure not to miss.The pool also overlooks this incredible view. The breakfast selection included some greek specialities as well as a good variety of food.The staff were very friendly especially Angelis who helped with our booking and then gave us many recommendations during our stay. It is a short scenic walk to town and to many good restaurants. The room was spacious and the bathroom had greek apivita body products which I LOVE. This hotel is an ideal base to explore the island and we would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel upgraded our room for free. The room was tidy and clean. Because it was the off-peak tourist season, most of the restaurants on the island were closed. We ordered food at the hotel in the evening. The food tasted really good, especially the yogurt. We left the next day. The hotel also specially arranged free airport drop-off service. The service was in place and I was satisfied!

Last month we had the pleasure of staying at the Olia Hotel in Mykonos. This hotel is a hidden gem placed on the Mykonos Port hillside, with Greece’s signature whitewashed architecture. Our room was spectacular, and had a small balcony that overlooked the Aegean Sea. When we arrived in Milos, our son had left his dinosaur stuffed animal at the Olia hotel. The staff at the hotel was fantastic! Quickly answering our emails confirming they had the dinosaur. The Olia staff asked where we were traveling next and they had a courier deliver our dinosaur to our hotel in Athens at no charge to us. They made our little boy happy knowing his stuffed animal was going to meet us in Athens. They treated us like gold while we were there and even after we have left. This hotel and staff is truly remarkable and is a must stay on our next visit. Special thanks to the Olia hotel and staff for being so kind and attentive, their special care really made a difference. We picked the Hotel for the convenience of being close to the port, but was overly impressed by the cleanliness, beautiful location and kindness by everyone! They went above and beyond in making our stay wonderful! And for caring for our little boy was priceless! They didn’t have to send the dinosaur to our next location, but they did…. Hotel run by a super lovely family! Very beautiful room like you find in Mykonos alone. Me and my partner had a really wonderful 4 night stay at the Villas. Villas are new, clean and well maintained. Efi who helps run the villas was super helpful and if we needed her for anything, she was there! Brilliant location, the road up to the villas is a little bumpy. But you get an amazing view once you are there! So peaceful too! The villa itself was very spacious and minimalist. I think the highlight of the villas has the be the outside space and decor! We had a beautiful dining table, relaxing chairs and sun beds, all on the private terrace. Just can’t wait to go back! It is a new place so I do feel there could be ever so slight improvements, but they are purely aesthetic. It would be nice to have extra cushions on the sofa, for comfort. A full length mirror would be handy. Also, I do love a minimalist design, but a few more details would have really made it exceptional. Like a mirror on the wall above the table in the bedroom and maybe a couple of plants. But as I said, this is purely aesthetics. We ate at the villa for every meal as we wanted to make the most of the kitchen and villa, we could have done with a few more utensils and pans, but as this place is new I am sure they will build on these things over time. Overall had an amazing stay and it felt very luxurious. Honestly can’t wait to go back.

I had 3 days between destinations and I decided to go to Mykonos and booked a stay at the Belvedere. Best decision I made. Their car picked me up from the airport and I got an amazing suite at the hotel with a lovely view. The hotel is impeccable, has a great pool and bar. But the best benefit is dining at the Nobu which in on their property! I enjoyed their special vegetarian menu. The staff is super helpful and takes care of all your needs. I also went to the Six Senses spa and had a wonderful facial. The hotel is close to town but still very quiet. In my hurry to leave the hotel I left some clothes behind. I called the hotel from Paros to see if they could get it to me. To my surprise they put it on the next ferry and had a taxi drive it up to my hotel and delivered it the same day!! That's service. I cant wait to take my family back to the Belvedere!

Amazing place to stay and the host Maria is one of the most helpful person we have ever come across, she went out of her way to tell us details of the city and recommended great places. I’d come again to the same hotel on another trip there. Highly recommend this for 3 people as it has great facilities and hot tub in the room. I’d rate the hospitality 10/10. Thanks to Maria.

Nice traditional feeling hotel centrally situated in Mykonos. Greeted by friendly host on arrival and shown to our compact but comfortable room with views over the town the sea. Only stayed for one night but breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The hotel doesn’t have a pool but they recommended one very close by where we could chill on the sunbeds for the price of a couple of drinks.

This was lovely place to stay, it was very central, walking distance to the old town, places of interest and shopping district, plenty of restaurants and cafes and bars around. The hotel itself was very clean, nice lobby and breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, clean and everything you need was provided, toiletries, hairdryer, etc. the only downside was that the pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable, but the bed itself seemed to be a king size and was fine. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We booked a 5 day holiday in rhodes town, which included, flights, transfers and accommodation at the City Plus Hotel We knew it was a 2star and thats fine , we loved the location and surrounding area Bering in mind its only a 2 Star and we were very pleased with the room , comfortable beds ,not soft , quite firm , perfect Breakfast was not included, so that was extra €9 and have to say it was Lovely, something for everyone, even bacon eggs and sausage The jewel in the crown are the staff A family run establishment and we arrived as guests but left as friends Especially Jannis and Thassos Thank you so very much for making our little holiday , a wonderful experience and we will definitely return Paul an Dave

This was our third stay at Santa Maria City Hotel, from 16.th of june to 16.th of july. Luckily we got the same familyroom as we had once before. This time for 3 weeks. The first week of 4, we chose a doubleroom since we were only two. The hotel is the same. The mattresses is great to sleep in, however there are no mattress-protection, so you clearly see the dirt! Not much hygienic. I did as earlier stay; went out and bought my own fitted sheet. It has - sad to say, lost a bit of its charm both due to lack of maintenance, but also as for the breakfast; still no variety of bread/rolls etc. Breadknifes for slizing rolls were still absent. The housekeeping was unfortunately mediocre. When it comes to the reception/desk-employees, Dimitris is one of a kind. He makes you feel welcome and special. He loves his job, cares deeply for his guests and are so humble. What Sophia and (Nico)Letta concerns, they are two lovely woman who sees their guests and also takes good care of you during your stay.

This hotel well what can I say.. bloody brilliant for a start! We had been staying in a hotel in lindos, it’s our honeymoon and the hotel did not meet our expectations by any standards so we decided let’s go to Rhodes for a night. The BEST decision we have made! On arrival the hotel staff were so welcoming especially Christina! We mentioned our experiences and how happy we were to be staying there. Then we popped out for a couple hours after checking in to a VERY nice room! On our arrival back to our room we found a bottle of brute waiting for us as well as towels in the shape of hearts some balloons and a very sweet message🥹 The hotel feels luxurious and we were in their standard room. The bathroom is excellent, there is air con and free WiFi as well as free mini wine bottles and water. P.s there’s a coffee machine and tea in your room! And there are balconies attached to the rooms! Just book it, trust me you won’t be disappointed! Incredible experience thank you for making our honeymoon so special! ❤️

This hotel is near the sea in the new city of RDOS, because there are no tourists in winter, the hotel is very cheap, but the hotel facilities are not reduced because there are no tourists, heating is available, the service is super good, the breakfast is super rich, although I saw that I was eating breakfast alone, The hotel has a bus stop to the airport in three minutes, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to the old city. It is very convenient to have a bus to LINDOS for only 6 euros.

Had the best time here! Met so many people from all over the world. Hospitality was incredible, beds were comfy, clean room, felt safe. Staff were super friendly around the clock. Air con didn’t work in our bedroom but worked in the kitchen area so we just kept the door open for ventilation and it was bare able. Despite the fires, the hostel helped us feeling safe the whole holiday, and worked efficiently throughout the black outs.

A very nice hotel , friendly staff , close to the city center . We had decided to eat outside but tried breakfast which had plenty of delicious greek dishes Rania the recepsionist was very sweet and helpful . I would reccomend this hotel to anyone , couple , family , or solo travellers , for sure you feel welcome at Castellum !

Otelin yöneticisi resepsiyon deskine whatsapp hattına kolay ulaşım için qr code koymuş bence çok zarif bir düşünce. Aile ortamını anımsatan kahvaltı masanız sabah kalktığınızda hazır. Zeynep Hanım’a tekrar teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Konum olarak Old Town un tam kalbinde. Harika avantajlı bir konuma sahip Downtown da yürüme mesafesinde. Bundan sonra Rodos’taki evim belli. Her ziyaretimde mutlaka Evdokia da kalırım. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum. I was greeted friendly, far above my expectations. I got support very quickly if I needed it. The hotel's manager put a qr code on the reception desk for easy access to the whatsapp line, I think it's a very elegant idea. Your breakfast table, which reminds you of the family atmosphere, is ready when you get up in the morning. I would like to thank Ms. Zeynep again. In terms of location, right in the heart of Old Town. Downtown, which has a great advantageous location, is also within walking distance. From now on, my house in Rhodes is clear. I always stay at Evdokia every time I visit. I recommend it to everyone.

The lady working with the blue hair was the best, what a delight! She was so friendly and helped us with loads of local information for the island of rhodes. Came here for breakfast a couple times during my visit and she made every visit so wonderful thankyou so much to all the staff!
