The hotel is conveniently situated near Masjid Nabawi, making it a great choice for visitors. It isn't officially rated five stars, and the standard rates are a bit higher because of its prime location. The water in the shower could be warmer, but overall, the reception staff are friendly and accommodating.
Great place to stay in Madinah, affordable during peak season.
Had a very good experience staying here during Ramadan.
Support staff is friendly and helpful.
Shuttle service to Haram is very good, though it’s frequency is limited only during Prayer timings.
1- They forgot to put towels in the bathroom and I checked in at night. Called the receptionist and they told me to wait and someone will bring towels. I waited for an hour. Then called the receptionist again only to tell me that they don’t offer service at night.
2- the AC was not working. I was sweating.
3- the water was cold and wouldn’t get warm enough for me to shower.
Other than that, everything else is pretty good.
A hotel that definitely exceeded expectations. If you are going to Alula for a layover in the Medina, I would definitely recommend it. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and the check-in time period written on Ctrip is wrong. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When they saw that I was bringing my son, they took the initiative to arrange a two-bedroom room. The room was spacious and hygienic, especially the kitchen, so it had all the facilities and was definitely suitable for family travel. The only drawback is that the road is being built in front of the hotel, so you have to go through a very narrow alley to find the hotel. This is the only problem, but this problem should disappear once the road is repaired.
Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.
The hotel from the inside is very clean and the room was not bad at all. There was a smell of smoke coming from other rooms which was a little annoying. Also there was no side lamps, so you either have a very powerful light in the room or no light at all. It was a 15mins walk to the Masjid Al Nabawi, but the area itself was not very nice, and it is only once you open the front door of the hotel you realise it is a hotel. Overall ok for a 2 night stay.
Overall good amenities and good location. AC was noisy, they weren’t helpful in changing the room although their engineer couldn’t fix the issue. Unsatisfied with customer service.
Outside the hotel, you can directly see the UHUD mountain and the Mountain of the ”Rumaat” part of it.The hotel itself is clean 🫧 offers the necessary amenities. Most important: Breakfast is not offered.
Very Good

Great
AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly
GGuest UserI’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel
Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old
On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor
Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay
GGuest UserRun and book this hotel. I was worried to book this since it’s my first time in Madinah, but my oh my where can I start. I honestly can’t say enough about our window view, the Amazing customer service, their tasty breakfast and their friendly staff. This for sure will be my go to place in Madinah :) thank you!
AAnonymous UserVery outdated and customer service is terrible. Rang reception from hotel room no answer (2 times) than had to go to reception to complain safe don’t work, they turned up next day to sort it out.
SShazianService is exceptional.Very attentive to any comment.
Location is just opposite gate 329.Best for women's entrance to the mosque.
Area of improvement-Breakfast same everyday.catered for middle eastern guest.Should have more varieties like Malaysian or Indonesian food.
Next will be the toilet-shower in the bathtub is a huge challenge for some especially the seniors.Hopefully they will change it to shower room when they refurbish the room.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location near the Prophet’s Mosque is excellent, making it convenient for visitors. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Rooms felt outdated, cleanliness was lacking, and staff were slow to respond to requests. Parking is free .While the location is a big plus, the service and facilities need significant improvement.
DDad86Had a good 3 day 2 night stay at Jayden hotel, staff were kind enough to allow for free early check in as well as free late of checkout. The hotel is a close walk to haram but take note that the lady’s entrance is quite far. Breakfast selection is great and topped up often. The room is comfortable and clean with hot drinks and full set of toiletries, highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!
FfathiCalm and clean. But there is no bus to harm nabawi. Limited car parking but there is public one in the back side. Shower water pressure is so weak. No Restaurant and no services Nearby.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Madinah Aram Hotel, and my experience was extremely positive. Their services and overall response were very professional, making my stay smooth and comfortable.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location it’s only a 10-minute walk to Masjid Al-Haram in Madinah, which made it very convenient for me to attend prayers and visit the Haram frequently.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. InshaAllah, I will be staying here again next year.
