Great airport Hotel! Room was spacious, clean, with big bathroom and teapot good selection of tea. Bed was big and comfortable. From the room window I could see airplanes landing but I didn't hear any noise! There is a passage on the second floor straight to the mall with numerous restaurants. Staff is extremely nice and helpful, especially when they noticed that I can communicate in Mandarin. Hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to terminal 2.

This hotel is awesome. Location was perfect, the beach and all shops are nearby. Cleanliness was good. The cleaning service cleaned their room every day. Huge apartment, that was I’d loved so much. If I have any chance in the future, I’ll book this hotel definitely.

We are very satisfied with this hotel! The rooms were very clean and we were upgraded to a sea view for free which did not disappoint! The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one on the 3rd floor and the other on the 1st floor. We didn’t use the one on the 3rd floor but the 1st floor pool has an amazing view of the ocean and it’s really big. The hotel is nearby many restaurants and bars within walking distance (less than 5 minutes walk). 王身鹏 was great with helping us store our luggage on the day of check out as our flight was only at 9pm the evening and the hotel staff were kind enough to allow us to use the swimming pool until then. 5 star review!

However, the bathroom had a curtain, no door, which wasn't very comfortable. Also, there was no laundry room as advertised on its page. Elevators are extremely slow, so allow enough time for this. Communication was a challenge at times, which was surprising since most of the guests at the hotel were foreigners.

Hotel overall is good. The location is close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast is really good. The kids loved the swimming pool.

The room with sea view was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choice with a mix of Chinese and western. The swimming pool is big and is open until late which is nice! It’s about an 8 minute walk to the beach. We were surprised to see that the rules for swimming at the beach have changed. There are guards controlling where you can swim (only between the ropes) and it is very annoying to hear the sirens and the shouting when someone attempts to swim outside that area. It messed with our relaxing time.

She assisted me with hotel facilities, booked the shuttle for me, and recommended nearby tourist spots. Her excellent English and friendly demeanor made my stay absolutely perfect. Had a very nice time at the Holiday Inn. It’s very quiet l. You are close walk to the beach and Yalong Bay Park. The hotel staff was very informative and helpful in answering our questions or recommendations. The room had a great view. There is a kitchen area but no cookware or dishware to make food ( side note we didn’t ask so I don’t know if it’s available. The fridge was stock with drinks and was complementary Afternoon tea was at the sister hotel next door and you can choose from 3 sets. The included breakfast buffet and hot dinners were very delicious. There are plenty of eateries on the property or a quick Didi / walk. I would stay again.

Booked elegant 2-bed room for 4 adults. Room design and amenities suitable for kids not adult as cup provided is more to plastic material. Good thing about this hotel is they provide free shuttle bus from baimajing station to hotel and vice versa but information not provided clearly and I have to keep calling front counter to ask. Attached is the bus that took us to island in case you are going. Better confirm with the driver before boarding. Not much shop open for breakfast so we opted for hotel breakfast. Breakfast is not up to my family standard, mantou is hard like rock even it’s taken from the steam basket. Frankly speaking, will not go second time to the island as really nothing much except the building design.

Resort is beautiful, pools are nice, and it is well situated on the nicer part of the beach. It would be nice if there were more loungers available, as they tend to get filled up, even when it seems the resort is not that busy. It is unclear whether the dinner buffet is included in the price or not.

I recently stayed at four seasons hotel sanya and waiter number 9 was very helpful and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel, thanks to the hardworking staff! The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job of ensuring everything was tidy and sanitized. I appreciated the extra efforts they made to ensure my comfort and safety. Their dedication to cleanliness is truly commendable. Kudos to the entire housekeeping staff for a job well done! A hotel with a relatively high cost performance in Haikou. The decoration feels a bit like a five-star hotel. The price is very favorable, which can be said to be very favorable. The location is close to the International Trade Center, which is in the city center, and is very close to Friendship Sunshine City and Parkson City. There is a snack street next to the door, and there are many delicious Hainan local restaurants nearby. The room is also clean and comfortable. Xiao Li at the front desk of the hotel is very friendly and can also store luggage. Except for a little too many people, the overall feeling is good.

A very enjoyable stay. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially 小李 and 小曾, always very patient in listening to my needs and taking immediate actions to assist us. My WeChat app can’t work to pay the rides, they not only provide advices but also took an extra miles to get me a car/ taxi when I was hurrying to get my father in law to travel. The security guards were equally great in assisting to him in getting on or off the car. Indeed, a remarkable hotel will not be missed with the service. The dim sum restaurant is also fantastic. Food is superb.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city. Generally, the common areas are well-maintained, and the service offered is of a high standard. The rooms are large and spacious. In our case, the view of the sea and Haikou's skyline was marvelous. The breakfast was good but not at the level of what we experienced at the Intercontinental in Beijing. As for areas of improvement, I would suggest adding smart TVs and hiring more staff proficient in English.

The booking platform is cost-effective. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will feel that it is very classy. The decoration is very exquisite, the room style is very fashionable, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the hotel also distributes disposable items (makeup remover towels, facial cleanser, toner, lotion, body lotion, curling irons, etc.). It is very convenient for girls to stay. It takes half an hour to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel and fifteen minutes to the high-speed rail station. It is convenient for travel and has a good location. The hotel also provides free buffet breakfast, which is nutritionally balanced. Overall, it is value for money and recommended for travel!

This was a short ride from airport. The “free” ride from airport to hotel was a joke. It took forever to figure out how to contact the driver (you definitely need a Chinese SIM card or ability to make calls) . Also nobody (driver, front desk etc) speak English. The drive to hotel isn’t far. We were behind one family in line so it took about 20 mins wait to check in. We arrived at 2am but had to catch a 7.30am flight so had little rest. Still glad we checked in. Shower and bed good. Unfortunately, the 5am shuttle was “fully booked”by the time we check in so we had to pay for our own ride back to the airport, even though the ride was supposed to be included for free. The next shuttle was one hour later (only one shuttle per hour!!) so too late for us. No big deal as it cost only a few usd but it was a hassle getting a didi and our driver’s car was stuck because the gantry wouldn’t open to let us leave the parking lot. The corridor were not temperature controlled so we were sweating like mad pushing our luggage’s through the long hallways to get to our room. If you aren’t in a hurry like us this is ok…

Wonderful hotel with the harbor seaview, prefer the romantic sunset at the lobby 35F, so did the 36F lemon bistro & bar. I appriciated that Jerry Wang offered us the professinal service, he recommended a lot of delicious food and nice place patiently. Thank u and we gonna back next time.

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

The Wenchang room was specious and modern and cheap at 200 yuan, compared with Sanya at 300 yuan with much older facilities. There were no mosquitos or bugs encountered and the linens were spotting white. Can only smell a little tobacco smoke in the lift, but it never permeates the bedroom. I did not experience any noise or disturbances from outside the room. The buffet was cheap at 19 yuan with a wide varieties of food. There is a fast food restaurant next door and another further down the same road, about 50m away. A big chicken & egg pau plus a big pot of tea cost 8 yuan. Very cheap indeed. If travelling on your own, a scooter ride will be the most convenient, on average 10 yuan. Just go to the nearest main road and there will be one within 5 mins. However, looking for a cab will be difficult and I would suggest using Weixin (WeChat) to do so. I failed to do it due to my foreign card being blocked and I had to use the scooter taxis. Receptionists and cleaners are very helpful and would order taxis, gave me directions and suggested the restaurants to go to. One even looked after my washing without asking. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Even though my husband and I are far away from home, the housekeeper Anni has provided us the hospitality by recommending us places of interests and a place where we could have a good meal. She even helped us book the high speed rail tickets together with her colleague Mindy and reminded me gently to check out on time to catch the train. Kudos to Anni and Mindy!

It is indeed a newly opened hotel, with simple and modern decoration, everything is very new, and the room is larger than the average hotel. The location is very good, only a few hundred meters away from the No. 10 bus that runs through Wencheng Old Town and Qinglan Bridge. If you drive yourself, there is parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and it is really a conscience price even if you pay 25 yuan yourself. From the front desk clerk to the cleaning staff, they are all hospitable and polite. Especially the hotel front desk, from the check-in arrangement, recommending restaurants and entertainment projects, teaching me how to pay for the bus, to giving free breakfast coupons to temporary guests, etc., they are very considerate, and I am happy to choose this hotel. Slightly inadequate: 1. I hope to add an indoor safe for guests to store important items. 2. I hope it can still be a smoke-free hotel. After all, the ventilation system is connected. Although I don’t smoke, I still smell cigarettes in the hotel bathroom every day when I return to it.

I booked this hotel for a trip with friends. The transportation is super convenient. It's really close to Wenchang Station. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is newly renovated. There is no formaldehyde smell at all. The environment is super awesome and the service is great. I praise the front desk staff. The beautiful sister was very enthusiastic and told us about fun and delicious places nearby. The overall environment of the hotel is really great. I always liked Lavande when I was on business trips (the main hotel is a place where you can listen to music), so I decided to stay here when I saw Wenchang. I am so impressed that I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hainan. Because it is very convenient and affordable, it is very cost-effective. It was my first time to stay at the All Seasons. The price was very cheap. I didn’t have high expectations. I just wanted to choose a hotel closest to the train station. The result was much better than expected. I think it should be the best, newest and cleanest hotel in Wenchang city. , the decoration style is simple and modern, the gym, laundry room and other accessories are complete. The front desk and cleaning service staff are very polite. They say hello when they see it. The cleaning is also very clean. There is also a robot to deliver food to the room, which is very convenient! The only downside is that the toilet flushing sound is a bit loud

We only stayed one night in this hotel as we were passing through on our way to Wanning, but we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. A small plate of fruit was also delivered to the room for free in the evening. The pool is great and is directly opposite the beach. The breakfast was ok. A good selection of both Chinese and Western food. Last year we stayed at a Wyndham hotel in Clear Water, but this one was much better.

I took my mother on a tour around Hainan Island and found a room with a tatami tea table in this hotel. It was very convenient to eat next to Wenchang Middle School. There were many choices. After eating, we went shopping and then went back to the hotel to make a cup of tea. It was really not too comfortable~

The hotel has complete facilities, good services and beautiful scenery. There is no need to worry about any environmental issues such as formaldehyde volatilization. The surrounding transportation is convenient. There are Chinese and Western tea shops and famous gourmet restaurants such as Qiongcai Renjia across the road and on both sides.
