Liegen! Alles andere war sauber und in Ordnung.

its walkable distance from the hbf and the tram is just outside the hotel. breakfast is the same for both days we stayed. spread was okay, not alot. not much things around if you arrive on sunday because most places are closed, but there is a mall just beside the hotel. toilet is clean but no toilet amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste provided, only shampoo conditioner and shower gel. no bedroom slippers either. but you may purchase them from front desk. space is not too big, but still can open two luggages in each corner. bed is comfy, ac and heated shower was good.

It’s quite a walk from the Hbf, but the road is smooth and easy. The hotel is very close to other train stations and a large shopping mall where you can find everything, including a food court. Just keep in mind the closing times. If you need anything late, you’ll have to walk back toward the Hbf side, since the nearby Rewe closes early along with the mall. The room was nice and fairly priced overall. Breakfast was good, with slight changes to the options each day, which I appreciated. My favorites were the hash browns and fried mushrooms. The croissant, however, was just average compared to the ones at the Adina in Nuremberg.

The hotel surroundings and exterior is in a beautiful place. Not directly in the town center but 10mins walk. Room was ok, but for the price I had expected a kettle for tea or coffee and hotel slippers. You have to shower in a bathtub. There was no shampoo or body lotion either. Our bedroom was just above the outside dining space and there was a group of very loud guest talking and laughing until 2am which disturbed us a lot even with closed windows. Breakfast was nice but the coffee machine was out of order. I would not choose this hotel again.

To choose a big bed room on the second floor or above, the twin room on the first floor is very small, the hotel is clean and the surrounding environment is comfortable, the supermarket is very close, you can walk to the company and nearby supermarkets and eating town

Our experience at the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was simply outstanding and will be remembered for a long time! As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted by extremely warm and attentive staff who always ensured our well-being throughout our stay. Our room at the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was spacious, tastefully decorated and offered an unforgettable view of the surrounding city. The beds were so comfortable that we slept on clouds every night. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were impeccable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a real feast for the palate. The variety of fresh dishes, from regional delicacies to international delicacies, left nothing to be desired. The coffee was flavorful and the staff made sure our cups never ran empty. The hotel's amenities, including the spacious wellness area and the well-equipped fitness room, also contributed to our well-being. After a day full of activities we were able to relax and refresh ourselves perfectly. The location of the Mercure Hotel is ideal, with many sights and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. We are already planning our next visit to the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart because our stay was simply perfect and we felt at home there. We can't wait to come back and experience more unforgettable moments!

The hotel garden is still very beautiful, but it can be seen that it is old, the room is large, can dance, the carpet is covered, the sofa is OK, but because it is old, it feels gray, I dare not step on barefoot. The front desk service is also very good and very warm.

Too loud to sleep!!! The hotel is very centrally located! Modernly furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, sleeping at night was out of the question. We had a room on the 4th floor. The windows are not insulated. So loud music came into our room until 4 a.m. with the windows closed! Please indicate when booking that you would like a quiet room! Also book the hotel's own parking space in advance.

AAng_ieThe highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

JJadesandhuThe most perfect hotel for a 2 night trip to Baden-Baden. A super cool hotel in a brilliant location near to the thermal baths, shops and restaurants, parks and bus stops to the airport and Merkur (amongst other must visit attractions). I cannot fault this hotel at all and we were blown away by how great it was. Every detail was considered and executed perfectly. I was expecting a budget experience from the incredible price paid but there is nothing budget about it at all! Our room was spotless, the perfect size and very comfortable. Super comfy beds with heavy down duvet and 2 different sized pillows for each person. Soft fresh towels and good quality toiletries in the bathroom. Perfect well considered lighting throughout the room. Ample storage and hangers. Clothes steamer, hairdryer, kettle, safe and coffee machine in the room. Good power shower with 3 settings. We had a roadside room and experienced no noise at all. Check in and check out (which isn’t until 12noon which was so handy!) was super easy and quick and the hotel accommodated us a little early which was very kind. Super cool lounge area with a vending machine to access drinks and snacks. We didn’t use this service (as we didn’t find out until our last day) but the hotel reception is able to hire plug adapters if you need and had umbrellas and bathing bags should you want it to visit the spas. The gym was accessible 24 hours but again we didn’t use. We did use the luggage storage room which is secure and free which is perfect! I cannot recommend Tribe enough!!

ZZhiailansedemaoThis is a truly perfect hotel, spacious and bright, with a striking design. It has two rooms, one inside and one outside, and the sofa bed in the outer room is incredibly comfortable and high-quality. The window overlooks the street, and the sound of church bells drifts in the breeze, evoking a sense of ethereal peace and tranquility... It's a style my children and I absolutely adore. The room also comes with a generous selection of food and beverages, all included in the room rate. The service charge accepts both credit and cash, which is very flexible. The bathroom sink plug was broken, so I called customer service. Upon opening the door, the handsome front desk guy came to fix it. Without a word, he took off his suit and quickly fixed it. This multi-person experience isn't limited to domestic use. My children said they probably waited for the repairman to arrive, and they didn't know when.

GGuest UserLovely room and excellent shower. Nice little touches for guests, like free water in the room with mini bar items in foyer and pay at reception instead of in your room, which made check-out very quick. Great coffee in room, too. Parking was €18 for 24h. Lift straight from parking to hotel flors.

GGuest UserPros- Funky hotel in a central location. You can walk to the city center. Very close to U6 tram which goes directly to the airport. Stay at room 520 for for nights. The room was spacious with bright lights. The bed was big and comfy. The staff is young and energetic. Cons - breakfast lack varieties. Send message to staff via tablet/ipad provided in the room but no response. The fridge was not working.

TTrip dcThis hotel had clear pros and cons during my 10-night stay in Heidelberg. The advantages were its close proximity to the train station and the spacious room for the price. Also, the coffee machine and water dispenser on the first floor were available for everyone to use, and the open atmosphere of the lobby allowed for flexible relaxation depending on one's purpose. The downsides were that I never received room cleaning service during my 10-night stay, the laundry room was poorly maintained despite the high laundry fees, breakfast was expensive, and items like the hairdryer and dishes in the room weren't clean. Furthermore, there were no grocery stores nearby, so I had to walk 20 minutes to a supermarket, and it was quite inconvenient due to the considerable distance from major tourist attractions like the Old Town.

AAnonymous UserWe always have such a great time here with my family and can’t wait to come back again. The hotel is modern, safe, and beautifully designed. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is really tasty and the perfect way to start the day. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better, it’s right in the heart of Outletcity Metzingen, making shopping and exploring so easy. Truly a wonderful place to stay!
