Shoretime is a go to for solo travellers on a budget. The place is clean and the bed and pillow are soft and comfortable..Things are secure with the lockers, sometimes there is no hot water in the shower and tissue in the bathroom. The hotel staff is accomodating.
It is 3 kilometers from the airport and 5 minutes in the morning dudu, but the facilities in the hotel are not flattering. The door of the room is the kind of toilet door, the key to open the door, but the key can not be locked with the key. The air-conditioning is the square air-conditioning of the 50s and 60s. It can't be adjusted. The 1.2-meter bed can be said to be very simple. But for only one night, I don’t care.

Wow! What a place. Had the most incredible time here over almost two weeks. The staff were incredible helpful. The manager Ricky was a top lad and always went to try and make your experience that little bit better. The girls working on the front desks alongside all those in the kitchen really helped. Shoutout to the security guy on being welcoming too. Great facilities but it would be better with the info being better but I guess it’s a tiny island so you only have to work with what you’ve got. A lot of special nights were out on like Chinese New Year and Australia Day celebrations. It’s right next door to mad monkey if you want to have a few beers at chill out then head there a little later is what I’d recommend rather than going to MM early and being in your bed before sunset. Met the most crazy and caring people there and it was a really friendly environment. Would totally recommend and as for the cost then it was very reasonable. Would like to see them introduce a credit system at the bar so you can keep a tab of what you’ve spent but also makes it easier than having a inch of small coins in your pocket. Beautiful place with great people. Would 100% go back .

We had a very nice stay at Cerca Hotel. The staff were nice and accommodating, and that they allowed you to stay continuously despite having multiple bookings. However, it seems that there were some concerns regarding the lack of amenities, such as tables and chairs in the family room, doormats in the shared bathroom and comfort room, and low water current. It might be helpful if the hotel could consider adding these amenities for a more comfortable stay. Additionally, having signage to make it easier to locate the hotel would be beneficial. It's wonderful that the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for guests.
-Washing in the bathroom is not very convenient. Sometimes someone goes to the bathroom because it washes. But the bathroom is clean. -The bed is not very stable but the mattress is good. + Hostel has a wonderful family. In general, the atmosphere of the hostel is pleasant. You can ask to be prepared from the product for an additional fee. + The map seems to be far from the center, but you can actually walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The harbor is also within walking distance.
Napaka Ganda.. at malinis very hospitable Ang mga tao.. malapit sa store.. palengki....tamang Tama sa mga nagtitipid dahil pweding mag luto sa likod.. napaka budget friendly sobra.. and very relaxing.. Ang view..
Great hotel, good location, friendly staff. Quiet and calm, no noise. No problems with insects. I was very pleased with the shower, strong pressure, cold and hot water. WIFI is good and stable. I stayed in room 211. The air conditioner is not noisy, they checked me in before the official check in. In general, no problems, great place. I recommend 😇🤗😜

GGuest UserThe best thing about Island Inn is definitely its location—just a short walk from D'Mall and surrounded by plenty of dining options. It’s a strategic spot if you want easy access to Boracay’s lively center.
The room was simple but comfortable. Nothing fancy, but it had the essentials. I booked through Trip.com and got a great deal, so overall, it felt like solid value for money.
Hotel Highlights
- Value: Budget-friendly without compromising on convenience
- Room Amenities: Includes a bedside table and drawer, but no cabinet. Comes with AC, TV, water heater, and kettle. No extras like a hair dryer or other electronics.
- Safety: There’s a security guard on duty, which adds peace of mind.
- Walkability: You’ll need to walk through a narrow alley to reach the property. It’s manageable, but vehicles can’t enter.
AAmy PanopioIf you're on a budget trip, this is the hotel for you. Just don't expect too much because of the price considering the breakfast is also included. Btw, i super loved the rice in their breakfast and good thing there's hot shower too! 😂 The location is great. 5-8 mins walk to Iloilo Business park and Festivewalk. Felt even safe because of the police visibility in the area.
GGuest UserReasonably maintained building, good water heater in both rooms I was at, reasonably fast and stable wifi, everyone was nice, professional an polite. was a comfortable 'home away from home' in Bacolod. Nice authentic filipino breakfast options for a 'foreigner' to taste some local food. Super central location. I was able to just walk everywhere.
NNicethorMy stay was unexpectedly extended for two days due to a typhoon, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room I booked was spacious, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed and a relaxing jacuzzi. Plus, the stunning sea view overlooking the shoreline was a highlight of my stay. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, always ensuring I had everything I needed. There was also ample parking, which was very convenient.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon arrival, a lovely touch that made me feel right at home. The food was fantastic—every meal was a treat! On top of everything, I managed to book the room at a lower rate than the usual price, making the experience even more satisfying. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
WWilPenaVery good place to stay for solo traveler. The staff are friendly. The only con is since this is a dorm type you need to manage your expectation of who might be your room mate cause I'm telling you some of them might not be as considerate as you may be. But they have solo room just approach the staff and ask about it.
