The environment is very good, in the middle of nature so there are more insects and birds. The bathroom shower is integrated and relatively clean. The hotel's dogs and cats are very cute and friendly. The restaurant does not have many dishes and has limited serving time. It is very close to RDC, only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel front desk staff is also very friendly. The wifi signal at the front desk is the best, and it is very weak and almost non-existent in the room. Overall, I will book again.

For this price, it’s totally worth it, rooms are small but totally functional. Balcony is spacious and got space to hand your wetsuits. And we even had a sea view. It’s a good value. Will definitely come back!

Nice place, clean and safe in a good location, although the street is busy during the day it is not loud. The staff was friendly and always available,easily booked trips to the islands and Shuttle to the airport. Great value for money,would stay again.

The front desk brother is very good, the things should be optimistic. It is best to lock the password. It is too expensive to book a hotel alone. This place saved me............ It is very close to Longmen Inn.

Everything is superb beyond expectation. The hostel was friendly enough to accommodate my late check-in arrival. The room, common area bathroom are maintained a good quality. I am very happy with the stay.

Very good location right at the entrance of gaya street. Come here on Fri or Sat to enjoy the wonderful night food market with live band performance and Sun for the morning shopping market :) Need to remove shoes in hostel though so do bring along a pair of bedroom slippers :)

It was very nice. Kind and clean. Good price. Right next to Imago Mall. As soon as I got off the grab, I couldn't see it, so I showed the address to the guard who was sitting at the desk. He kindly drove up to the elevator and took me to the first floor of the reception. I was a little disappointed by the sound of the airplane. The other thing is so satisfying.

The hotel is located in the center of Kota Kinabalu, very close to the Jessington Pier. There are various restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel owner will add VX to the guests in advance to guide self-check-in. The front desk is on the 2nd floor and the room is on the 3rd floor (the G building is our 1st floor, their 1st floor is our 2nd floor, otherwise the wrong door will be opened). The room is small, but very clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. Overall, the price/performance ratio is still very high.

I stayed at Kundasang Mount Garden for a short getaway, and it was a refreshing break from city life. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking—Mount Kinabalu right in view, misty mornings, and cool, crisp air all day. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a small kitchen and private balcony.
The garden outside is lovely, with flowers, vegetables, and even a little stream. It’s very quiet and perfect for relaxing. However, getting there was a bit tricky—the road is narrow and steep, so I’d recommend using a 4WD. Also, the hot water was a bit unreliable

From the minuses - very contrived shower, which I did not immediately understand how to use. And the air conditioner, which I wanted to break so it wouldn't turn me into ice.

WWariya.SSpotless clean! The bed was so comfy I would not wanna leave, each one spacious and more sufficient than other capsule hotels/youth hostels. My stay was even better than I expected. Perfect location & peaceful vibe all around. Lots of food selections including a supermarket nearby. The owner and staffs are helpful & nice! It's a pity I only stayed for a night as it was my last night there. I recommend this budget friendly place and will definitely go back if I have a chance to visit KK again!🤞

GGuest UserNote: This store will ”deliberately” charge a tourist tax (this does not happen in other stores). If no evidence is found, it will charge a tourist tax (RM10 per day). Fortunately, I found the paid tax sent to me by the ordering website. Only after passing the tourist tax ”invoice” can you get back the excess tourist tax!

GGuest UserWe booked a family room, which was good as it came with one large and one small bed. The room itself was extremely small, and the facilities were quite basic. Even with minimal luggage, there was no designated place to put it, so it had to stay on the floor. The overall cleanliness was decent, and the bedding was clean. However, the bathroom facilities were quite rudimentary, and the bathroom's hygiene was just so-so. The location was fantastic, right in the very center of town, making it easy to access all the breakfast places. The owner is a local who doesn't speak Chinese, though simple English communication was possible. Don't expect much in the way of effective service. However, for a diver who spends their entire day out, this temporary lodging offers excellent value for money.
