Spotless clean! The bed was so comfy I would not wanna leave, each one spacious and more sufficient than other capsule hotels/youth hostels. My stay was even better than I expected. Perfect location & peaceful vibe all around. Lots of food selections including a supermarket nearby. The owner and staffs are helpful & nice! It's a pity I only stayed for a night as it was my last night there. I recommend this budget friendly place and will definitely go back if I have a chance to visit KK again!🤞

Central location with restaurants and market nearby, clean comfy bed with a small lamp, shelf and hangers. Especially liked the small but nice window beside the bed, it really makes the place more spacious and bright. A bit small common area and kitchen with basic utensils and a fridge available. Smooth check in/out, allow you to drop luggage before check in. Clean toilets but wish there was only 1 female toilet and 2 unisex bathrooms, so it can be inconvenient at times. Staff and the guests were all kind and friendly. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was that the hotel confirmed my special request to arrange lower bed, but when I arrived they said lower beds were fully booked and could only give me the higher one. However it's a minor issue and understandable, and I like that they care about their service as they send email to ask for feedback after the stay. Overall a really good bargain!

Overall it is great budget stay with a clean bed and clean bathroom. The bag storage is considered good for backpacking only🤗 They have a comfy living room to wait for early check out, or you just can drop off your keys for seamlessly check out experience👍 Good value of money✅

The environment is OK, many foreigners live here The price-performance ratio is very high, and there is a simple breakfast in the morning to fill your stomach It is right in the town, very suitable for traveling alone, and island hopping is very convenient

The front desk brother is very good, the things should be optimistic. It is best to lock the password. It is too expensive to book a hotel alone. This place saved me............ It is very close to Longmen Inn.

It's a really value for money hotel. However, the location was very good. In the end, I ended up staying for 9 nights😄

Very satisfied with trip coins service..

First time experience of self-check in hotel. Don't have receptionist or any person waiting customer to check in. No instruction teach how to check in. Need contact person until answer call than give password and room number. Lucky person in charge have answer call if not sleep at road.

Great location just next to a shopping mall. Room is small with no tv. The windows in some rooms were fake. Good for overnight stay to go for a transit flight. But if you are travelling to KK perhaps choose other hotel with bigger room and amenities.

Walking distance from semporna jetty and maglami lami office. Amenities is good and comfortable for short duration stay prior to island hopping. Lots of restaurant at the back of the hotel. It also has a view of dragon inn hotel
