What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily. Massages start from around 2000¥ Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point. Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles. If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic. The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo. Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

Thank God to have this capsule hotel in Narita airport Terminal 2, it's the best location accommodation inside the building of Terminal 2 that is very convenient and nearest to the JR train station and Keisei train station. It's super clean accommodation with all necessary amenities provided. The hotel staff is also very kind and helpful with a warm welcome. The toilet and shower room are also very clean and good. There are all shampoo and conditioner provided with 3 towels, I'm very happy to stay in this hotel. I will come back to stay in this hotel again next time.

there was a constant noise from a hole in the wall that i assume is for ventilation. the location is very close to the aeon mall and train station. the breakfast is small. you can get some more vegetables and soup at the self-serve area, but i could have eaten all the vegetables by myself. there's not much. i wouldn't call it a buffet. the taste was good, especially the eggs, but the self-serve vegetables tasted basic. i expected better since it's a restaurant, but it's really just a mid-range hotel breakfast. the coffee was also not tasty. there were no other fresh drinks, just water and a drink machine.

This place is beyond my expectations! 💯 There are indoor onsen, outdoor onsen (yes you can see airplane flight when you’re in outdoor bath), stone bath, sauna, restaurant that operates until 10:30pm and cafe bar until 11:30pm, and also a very comfy lounge with unlimited manga books to read. There are also a lot of sofa chair in the nap room or bead beds everywhere~ I will say if you visited here without booking a capsule room is also fine ~ the capsule room is gender separated and I have to say it’s more comfy that I expected! I think next time I will purposely choose to land in Narita just to experience this comfy stay again!

i just stayed there for one night while waiting for my next accommodation. but it was a good space for what you get for a capsule hotel. had all the amenities you would need. the lockers aren't to big so depending on the size of your suitcase it can fit but if its a large suitcase most likely not.

Pleasantly surprised! We arrived really tired from our flight from Okinawa, and the staff member on duty was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. We were able to check in even though it was after 11 PM. During check-in, the employee also told us that each of us would receive a meal, which we were very happy about since we were so hungry. For each overnight stay, there's a ready-made meal per person that you can choose from. We would definitely book again anytime, as we were more than just positively surprised and felt very comfortable during our one night there. Plus, it's very close to the airport.

The building may be old, but the inside was clean and well-maintained, making it comfortable. It was a dorm, but if you stay multiple nights, they provided extra towels and toothbrushes, which was appreciated. There was also a valuables box. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a refrigerator available for use, salt, soy sauce, and other items, and the all-you-can-drink drip coffee was a great addition. The owner was very kind and the overall atmosphere was nice. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Tateyama.

💤 **Sleeping Experience:** I thought I'd feel like I was crammed in a can of sardines, but I was slapped down in the cabin the second I laid down! The curved ceiling design wasn't oppressive at all, and the ventilation system was super quiet, with air circulation even more comfortable than my air conditioner! The pillows were surprisingly memory foam, with both soft and firm options! The soundproofing was much better than I expected, and I could sleep through the night with or without earplugs—a delight for those with social anxiety. 🛁 **Bathroom Surprises:** I was blown away by the ”space capsule shower”! The water temperature was instant and consistent, and the horse oil shampoo kept my hair frizz-free! The dressing room provided free makeup remover pads and scrunchies—so girl-friendly! There was even a makeup mirror with an LED light hidden in the mirror cabinet, so I didn't have to do my makeup in the dark. I was so touched! 👥 **Socially Friendly Space:** I thought capsule hotels were just for sleeping, but I ended up meeting so many great travelers in the ”shared book bar”! Work quietly during the day with high-speed WiFi (tested, it easily uploads large files), and enjoy board games with fellow backpackers from around the world at night. A microwave is available for rent in the kitchen, so you can enjoy a late-night bowl of instant noodles while gazing out at the city skyline – instantly embodying the same lonely romance you'd find in Japanese dramas!
