It was my first solo trip to Italy. I have never stayed in any hostel ever. At first I was super scared but one of the best experience I had. Everyone at the reception was so very helpful. They helped me plan my trip. Rooms were super clean. Great bathroom. Kitchen, bar everything is there. It's 1 minute walk from Venice Mestre railway station and 20 minutes from Venezia Santa Lucia by bus. You have both options. Train would be more easy. You can Roam around at night. I wish I could stayed more. The price is pretty cheap in comparison to Florence and Rome. It's the best. Go to the Main door which is exactly shown in the picture unlike me , I was standing at the backdoor and calling for directions. đĽ´đĽ´

I recently stayed at the a&o Hostel in Venice and had a comfortable and practical experience overall. The location is convenient, especially if youâre arriving by trainâjust a short walk from Venezia Mestre station, making it easy to access both the mainland and Venice island via public transport. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally helpful and multilingual.
The room was clean and functional, with basic furnishings. I stayed in a private room with ensuite, which was a good balance between hotel comfort and hostel affordability. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though the walls were a bit thinâyou could occasionally hear noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms.
The communal areas were well-maintained, including a lounge, shared kitchen, and a bar area where you can socialize or relax. Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the building. This hostel attracts a mix of solo travelers, students, and budget-conscious tourists, which gave it a lively atmosphere.
While itâs not the most character-filled or romantic place in Venice, it delivers solid value for the price. If youâre looking for a clean, affordable, and accessible base to explore the region, a&o Venice is a dependable choice.

An interesting place to stay when visiting Venice. Prices were good. It is a student dormitory (on 8 floors), while the last, 9th floor was opened as a hotel in March. The room is clean and has its own bathroom. We received a nice gift on arrival - a welcome card, water and vouchers for drinks at the hotel bar. There was a fridge in the room which is definitely a plus. The hotel is eco-friendly and at every step encourages through various forms to be eco-friendly as well. Hotel guests can use the gym, table football or billiards on the ground floor. If you don't feel uncomfortable in a student environment or like this kind of energy, this is an interesting concept to try. Breakfast was simple and sweet, the only salty touch being the option of toast. Staff was friendly and smiling. CX Mestre is very close to the Mestre train station from where you can get to Santa Lucia in Venice in a few minutes.

The hotel is near the bus stop and since the water bus is operating 24/7, I was able to access anywhere. On the last day, the train departed Venezia Saint Lucia station at 5:26 am but still, there was the water bus operated at that time, so there were no worries about location. In terms of other aspects, I am overall happy but I felt there were too many people in a single room. I didn't have a lot of space to fully open my suitcase so I had to bring my suitcase outside the room to pack.

I have lived in Europe the best, most cost-effective Youth Hostel, 177 nights in a two-person room, hotel-level environment, will also provide you with bath towels, each bed has a charging plug, as well as tables, chairs and cabinets, also There are several people in the common kitchen. The entire hotel is large and full of the charm of old European architecture. It is a youth hostel that allows people to stay for another night.

the front desk is friendly and cute and welcome. the location is good. there is no air conditioner. the elevator is older than me. the good thing is that you can deposit your baggage here till 11pm, that is really great
Located in Vicenza, Ostello Olimpico Vicenza is a 3-minute walk from Olympic Theatre and 5 minutes by foot from Palazzo Thiene. This hostel is 0.5 mi (0.9 km) from Palladio Museum and 1.1 mi (1.7 km) from Cathedral of Vicenza.
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Make yourself at home in one of the 21 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
It's a nice convenient hostel that is easy to reach from the train station. Breakfast is basic and has good juices and some breads. I saw parking outside, so it might be a good stopping point on a road trip.

VVladimir I KThe guest house is within walking distance from Treviso Airport (not more than 3.5 km). It is suitable for a night stay before early departure. There is a common dining area with microwave and electric tea and very close to the guest house is the lou-bone store of Lidl products.
