By far the best hostel I have stayed in Europe. Extremely clean, en-suite toilet, lockers (bring your own lock), towels and shampoo/bath gel provided, respectful guests (mostly youths) and all around good vibes. There are 2 pools, a sauna and gym. You can also do your laundry here if you wish. It is a 10min walk to Piazza Montelungo where most tours use as their pickup/dropoff point, very convenient. Also a Carrefour within a minute's walk if you need snacks, drinks, etc. This place really has everything!

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed in — the room was super clean and very spacious. It came with towels, bath towels, and hangers. The most incredible part was that I had the room all to myself for both nights. The front desk told me they always try to arrange single occupancy for guests whenever possible, and I really have to give them a big thumbs-up for that.

The structure was inaugurated a month ago, more or less. I strongly recommend you go to their official website and sign up, download their app from the store. By signing up, you will become a member of the Blue club and will have access to discounts of up to 20% and various privileges. After 5 reservations, on the website and on their app, within 12 months you become a & o hostel club plus. With discounts of up to 25% and other various advantages, listed on their website. I stayed for a month so I can make a complete review, I think. I tried both the 4 and 6-bed rooms to sleep, structured on well-made bunk beds all in steel. Comfortable mattresses, the only thing is the covering is a bit viscous and makes rumlrye even at night, but it's not a big deal. I found the 4-bed rooms better (very spacious, the ones on the right when you exit the elevators numbers X01 -X10, X is the floor number). Both types of rooms have private bathrooms. The larger ones have two bathrooms, with shower and sink, the other with sink and toilet, without bidet. Intelligently very comfortable since there are 4 in 6 if the one with the shower is occupied you can easily go to the other to maximize time. The structure is 7 floors, plus a floor -1 floor, where the large served dining room is located, the kitchen where guests can cook for themselves, toilets and more. It is not perfect, there are some small shortcomings here and there, distributed in various sectors more often due to rude customers, than the structure, but overall I absolutely recommend it. I was fine, also because the staff is competent, polite, always available to solve the customer's problems. I thank the director of the facility for having treated me with kid gloves from the beginning and for having resolved disputes with other users who were tenants of my same rooms for reasons of rudeness. Overall rating 9.50/10

Second time staying at ostello bello. Picked this hostel because of the convenient location. It’s nice that they offer a token to exchange for welcome drink, and a lot of activities to participate. Some places in the hostel definitely need some upgrade sooner or later… the toilet seat in the dome room shared restroom got a crack on it that definitely need a replacement soon. Kinda weird they charge me differently for luggage storage (before check in- 5 euro fixed price / after check in- 3.5 euro piece), maybe due to the length of storage, I guess??

Place is beyond.. beautiful old convent. Room is large, confy bed, powerful hot shower. Kitchen and common area is huge and beyond just functional. Loved it. PS I am not selfie, photo ******. Regretted not taking pictures as it is really beautiful.

Travel to the accommodation from central railway station was easy. Accommodation had a very chill vibe and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and there was a rooftop pool to relax with friends or make new friends for solo travellers.

The location is close to any attraction in Florence. It can be accessed to most attractions within 25 minutes. The location of the hotel is also good. There are some delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel is also clean. The bathroom is shared but it is really clean. But pay attention to the towels. The front desk service is very good and patient. But a little crowded, if you don't mind more than 10 people in a room, it's really good!

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, so I was very satisfied overall. The staff can speak English, and there is a coin laundry in the basement.

The room is well ventilated and well lit. The mattress is very comfortable and very relaxing. The environment is clean and hygienic, the service is considerate, and the Asian guy at the front desk is very patient in meeting the guests' requirements, which is a special thumbs up👍. The only drawback is that the luggage room is too small and there is only one shelf; the public rest and reading space is not clear enough. There is some space in the corridor of the female guest room on the second floor, but it does not seem to be open to all guests, especially male guests. There is also some reading space in the restaurant on the ground floor, but the division of labor is unclear, especially during meal time, and they interfere with each other, which needs to be improved.

It is a good hostel located on the Tiber River in Rome! It consists of bunk beds and is clean. However, the height changed in the middle.
