THE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay.
I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more.
I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels.
Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️
The hostel was nice, my room had an internal bathroom and there were shared bathrooms and a kitchen outside too. The only issue was that the shower was very small and the bath soap isn't very good. But for 15€ the hostel was an absolute steal.
Appreciated the great service and openness to help even late during the night. I'd highly recommend for anyone interested in a place to stay in Milan ☺️
There's free wifi but you have to pay for a towels 2€. Also they give you a lock for the bed. I had an absolute great time there
The place is clean and tidy. The people there are friendly. The reception closed at 7.30 pm. So not sure if customer arrives after that time. Need a bit of walking to the location and the pavement is not even. So it is difficulty if roller is used.
Generally good experience.
This hotel is very fashionable, with many young people. It is by the canal, with lots of food and drinks at night and a large lawn during the day. It is very suitable for young people and the rooms are also good.
Except that the address is far from the city center, everything else is good. There is a station nearby than you take a bus or tram, but the bus schedule at night is not close.
The front desk attitude is particularly good, the room is OK. There is no elevator, which is very troublesome. The bathroom is very clean. Have the opportunity to live. The first floor is a bar at night. Very hi.
The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location with easy transportation. Great value for money—an ideal place to stay.
Self-check-in is very simple, and the hotel is easy to find. It also has a striking red door, and when you make your reservation, they send you a very useful access video. It's spacious and well-maintained. It has a kitchen, a common room, and good coffee and soft drink machines, all for €0.50. We stayed for three days and it was very good. The only drawbacks are: the pillow and bed were a bit hard; the music at 10 a.m. while the rooms were being cleaned; and the location relative to the center of Milan, which is offset by the price of the hotel and good bus connections with extensive schedules (the 42 to Milano Centrale and the 51 to connect to the metro to the Duomo, very good and frequent. However, check schedules in advance if you take the bus at 6-7 a.m., as they run less frequently).
Overall, recommended.

PPatchara ArunsuwannakornWe stayed for 2 nights here. Ostelzzz Milan is in central location, easily to reach to subway Lima and Milano Porta Venezia station. I could stroll along to visit many tourist attractions within 1-2 km radius. I booked a room with double bed, spacious than my expectations. There were few ceiling tiles cracked and showers a bit broken, but still function well. Breakfast came with coffee, fruit juice, milk, cornflakes, ham, cheese, croissants plain and chocolate flavor, all tastes surprisingly good. There are restaurant options in vicinity. Overall we had pleasant time in Milan and would recommend Ostelzzz for one of nice options. Last but not least, every single staff here is very helpful and has service minded.
GGuest UserI had an excellent stay at Ostello Bello. I loved the staff the most, especially the guy from the reception area! He's the best! I would recommend this hostel to anyone who loves to travel and it is safe for solo travelers.

Yyour fellow wandererThe hostel felt safe and clean! They've got plenty of activities that I unfortunately didn't get a chance to participate in as I was only in Milan for 2 days. They also gave a complimentary drink ticket to use at the bar. It is about a half an hour walk from the city center, but the area felt quite safe. It's also only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, making it very accessible.
SSoniaThe initial part of this day was fine, but after asking the housekeeper who was a male to please knock before entering the room and then subsequently having the female manager, I suppose enter the room five times with not enough time to see if anyone was in the room I was left without toilet paper in the private bathroom for two days Based on this I would not recommend going to this location.

SSaya’s StoriesThe hotel has super friendly environment and everything you need. Location is perfect, just 3 mins walk from Milano Centrale( Milano Central Station) The first floor is the bar and restaurant with fun and cozy vibes for people to hang out. They also have kitchen, roof top, washing/drying machine. Breakfast was excellent!
Room condition made me felt like home. I will definitely stay again if i come back to Milan.
HHuta LauIt's pretty standard. The front desk provides bath towels. I thought they didn't provide them. It's a few minutes' walk to the subway station. There are also some restaurants nearby. In short, it's suitable for a short stay, but there are some problems with the shower in the toilet
