CCHOW LONG HANG2025.07.01
A bit expensive.
The location is okay but it is not near to central train station for metro.
I like the rooftop bar, it is so chilled.
The bathroom and toilet is clean.
There is no curtain so no privacy at all.
The staff are friendly and helpful, teaching me how to buy a metro ticket jn Rome.
An average generator hostel I would said.
Yes generator is a chain-brand hostel so the quality would be definitely okay.
I highly recommend this place to everyone! I usually don't bother writing reviews, but I absolutely had to for this one.
1. **Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** - I was a bit nervous about Rome's reputation for safety, but this hotel is located in a quiet residential area, so even as a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe walking around late at night. Plus, Tiburtina Station, which has night bus services, is only a 10-minute walk away, making the surroundings bright and secure.
2. **Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** - For a 3-star hotel, it was impeccably clean and comfortable. The high ceilings, almost like a loft, made the room feel incredibly airy and spacious. The 24/7 air conditioning also contributed to the overall comfort, making it consistently pleasant. The bedding and bathroom hygiene were excellent! I'm quite particular about cleanliness, and this place definitely passed my test.
3. **Staff Friendliness / Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️🔥❤️🔥💖❤️🔥❤️🔥⭐️❤️🔥💖** - They offer unlimited luggage storage after check-out, and they also allow guests to use the lobby for as long as needed. Having a very early morning flight, I didn't want to book an extra night, so I just left my luggage and waited in the lobby. They were incredibly accommodating and graciously allowed me to wait until the early hours. Thanks to their kindness, I wasn't left stranded; I waited safely and comfortably in the lobby until 3 AM when I headed to the airport for my flight.
Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, especially the middle-aged gentleman working the night/early morning shift. He was particularly witty and kind. I am truly grateful for their exceptional hospitality!

The location is very close to the train station, only 5 minutes walk away. The bed in the single room is a bit small, it would be better if it was a little wider. The public area is very well designed and is more cozy than the general youth hostel. There is also a small yard where everyone can chat and drink.

It was a very European place that had a great funny staff that knew the drinks! I'm 6'2 and the beds were so comfy! It was down the street from the Colosseum. Great access to Rome.

There was no hot water on the first day, but fortunately from the second day it came out well.
Nice to have a fridge and microwave.
It is far from downtown Rome, so it has the disadvantage of having to spend a lot of round-trip time, and the advantage of being cheap, so use your head wisely.
The staff are all friendly and have two cute puppies.
Puppies like to be touched, they are so cute
There is a large mart across the street from the accommodation, so it's good to shop
Less populated, but not a dangerous neighborhood
Even a night walk is possible.
This is a recommended hotel if you are not fussed about facilities, but the location is amazingly in the centre of Rome. The beds are comfy if you are okay sleeping in a single bed and travelling alone or in small groups. It is super safe, every room has lockers for each guest, so you dont need your own padlock. The toilet is kept clean too, but you better bring your own towel and cleaning products. Staff are friendly and very helpful so my stay was perfect. There was also piano at the ground floor which you can use to relax.

AAlfin BahariI really enjoy my stay here! The room is proper and clean and the staff was very friendly. I was a bit sad when it’s time to leave because I made really good memories here. The lovely lady at the receptionist also gave me food recommendations to try. Hopefully I can come back in the future!
RRobinTan24Hotel location is a little far fr Train / Metro Station. But can reach by bus 649 n a short walk. Can also reach by metro n a 500m distance.
Villa is run down as are its amenities. It will be good if Villa can replace its old & worn out sofas in d hall & old kettle. D dining plates are new but cutlery is missing?
GGuest UserI sprained my ankle before checking in, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they offered me a more accessible bed and even provided ice for my injury. The next day after check-out, I stayed in the lobby for the whole day to rest before my departure, and I truly appreciate their understanding and support. Thank you for making a difficult situation feel so much easier. 🙏
KKaizen1Amazing amazing, the best hostel I’ve stayed at. Extremely clean, the rooms and en suite bathrooms were cleaned everyday, shampoo and soap were included in the shower. Very nice receptionists and overall great vibes and atmosphere. Good public areas, kitchen, and activities. Definitely worth the price. Great location near the coliseum and main train station. Met some great people here! Would highly recommend.
AAnonymous UserThe staffs are frdly, great location, it’s not far from the bus stations and the subway. facilities is not bad, there’s a kitchen with tables which allowed u to meet other people here.
SSangeeta SelvarajooGreat accommodation. Location had many bus stops and a few metro stations nearby. Was easy to travel around Rome as well as make a visit to Vatican City. There’s a few mini marts and supermarkets nearby which makes it easy to grab some snacks. Had multiple restaurants to try out as well.
WWilliamsZekeExcellent communication from the hotel staff through the ”trip” app and also through WhatsApp. Google maps took us directly to the door of the hotel, and the instructions provided by the staff made finding the correct buzzer to press and which floor to go to very easy. Staff were incredibly friendly and allowed us to drop luggage off at the hotel before check-in and to leave it again after check out because we had a late flight home.
