Jaeger’s Hostel in Munich offers a blend of comfort and convenience for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodation. Located just a stone’s throw away from the Hauptbahnhof, the hostel’s location is perfect for those who want to explore the city with ease. With a 100 out of 100 walker’s grade, guests can enjoy the vibrant city life and its attractions within walking distanceAd1.
The hostel boasts a variety of amenities, including free internet, a bar/lounge, and 24-hour front desk service. The rooms come with air conditioning and private bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. For those traveling in groups or as a family, there are family rooms available
The location is near to Flixbus station, just walking around 900m. The room is spacy and bathroom is clean. One thing needs to be improved is the service provided by the front desk staff. They are not informative. When I came they didn't inform about the bed sheet that we must take it ourselves. Since it was late night already and reception was busy (only one person was standby with many people lining) I decided to just sleep without bed sheet. They should still have two staff at night shift.
I highly recommend this hotel.
I had lost my baggage in the train but the reception man helped me a lot to solve that problem in English and German even though he was busy with his customers.
Also the room was very clean and cozy.
I definitely would like to stay here again!

Hostel was v conveniently located to Munich HBF. Just opposite the station where there were lots of other hostels n hotels were located too. It is opposite Leonardos Hotel.
There is a Lidl supermarket down the road about 5 mins walk away. A good common kitchen is available n opened for long hours too. Guests are co-operative n keep the kitchen tidy.
A hugh common lounge area is available where lots of early arrival or late departure guests mingle.
A table with 2 benches is an added touch in the dorms n very useful to get to know yr roommates. Towels are rented n you hv to make yr own beds n take off bed linen when u check out.
Staff are friendly n helpful. I had a late train departure so having the lounge area to wait n rest was very helpful.

Love from Malaysia 🇲🇾! Looking forward to to meet you guys here especially wonderful staff of this hostel! 🥰
I stayed at Five Reasons Hostel & Hotel on the night of October 3, 2024, and had an excellent experience. I arrived around 1:30 PM and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, though I’ve forgotten her name. She set a great vibe for my stay, and I was able to check in earlier and even choose my own bed, which was a nice touch.
The beds have outlet chargers conveniently placed next to them, and the views from the hostel are stunning. The price is very reasonable, and I hope it stays that way as this hostel could easily get more popular. It’s perfect for anyone seeking serenity and peace, and two of the beds even come with privacy curtains.
There’s a lovely garden behind the kitchen, which is well-equipped with cutlery, a water boiler, a fridge, and a kitchenette. The hostel is easy to spot from the train station, and it offers direct transport to the airport, which is super convenient. The kitchen and living room have plenty of seating, making it feel homely.
This place is perfect for those who want a quiet, peaceful environment while still having spaces to socialize. I truly wished I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere a bit more. And there's a free tour, too! Highly recommended! (please don't increase the price! I'll comeback! 🥰)

AAnonymous UserThe environment is quiet, with convenient transport links and good hygiene conditions.
However, the bathroom lacks higher-positioned hooks, making it inconvenient to hang trousers.
The water barrier strip in the shower area is too low, causing water to easily spread to other areas during use.
Overall, the experience was pleasant.

RRobinsonMichaelAuthentic and rustic on the outside, my room had been refurbished with up to date bathroom fixtures and shower, flooring, paint and furniture. Able to sleep 2 adults, 1 teen and 2 small kids. The Gruner Hof is a short walk across the Isar to Freising's old town and monastery (must see). Lots of options for public transportation; bus, train, taxi.
Quaintness factors: 2nd story rooms have the sloping roof and ceiling. I'm tall. Took me a week to stop bumping into it. Across the street is a church/school with a bell tower that chimes the time from 7am to 10pm; you'll always know the time but doesn't bother at night. Good sidewalks everywhere.
Ttzunglin leeWith a really good location, super. Less than 5 minutes walk from Munich main station. Staff are nice, cleanliness is good. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at the Gasthof. Nice rooms in a quaint little village close to Rothenburg. We had dinner at the restaurant which was nice and the breakfast was lovely too. Would happily recommend the hotel!
CChristian_K.Everything was all ready and clean when I arrived. Breakfast is enough for my active day. Everyone is accommodating to my needs. Until next time. I highly recommend the place.
